I am getting inconsistent results in my smoothies here. It seems some of the staff doesn't put the correct mix of ingredients and the smoothie texture comes out bad. I now go to the Durango store instead!
Ordered a peach smoothie, super bitter. Not even drinkable.
Location won’t serve orange juice after 6pm because doesn’t want clean the machine. States it is broken.
This is the closest location with drive through off strip and every time they can't hear anything because 'their mike is really bad', it has been bad for years. You have to repeat many time. You will be waiting in line to order and they will say oh we are out of carrots, we are out of oranges. When they are not out it takes forever to get your order even with no one in front. The drinks taste good, but the service is so annoying.

The nastiest store I’ve ever been in. Came inside for a smoothie and ordered. As I was ordering I saw an ant crawling on the counter. I decided to ignore it, one ant is no big deal. As I was waiting for my drink I saw employees swatting MULTIPLE flies away on the line and I started to feel a bit disgusted. I also was shocked that the manager (I’m assuming because of the shirt) did not seem phased at all. Because I had somewhere to be I just took my drink and left instead of going through the trouble of complaining and getting a refund. Icing on the cake was that I saw a dead roach in the corner as I was walking out. This place needs to be shut down.
