I usually come to in n out because of how fresh the burgers taste and how convenient it is for me to eat a good burger past 10pm. I asked for 2 cheeseburgers with animal sauce on them and 2 well done fries. When I noticed the receipt read 2 well done fries and 2 animal fries I tried telling the woman at the window, but I feel she purposely ignored me only to wait 3 mins just for the wrong order. When they finally got it right it was still wrong. I get it was 20 mins until closing but paying for something I didn't want discourages me from coming back for a late night snack.
Great place for some good priced burgers and shakes! I so wish in and out was on the East coast! I definitely taking advantage when I am on the west side and always get me some in and out when visiting! The burgers were great, and the fries were a bit over cooked but we asked for replacement and they happily gave us better and fresh fries! Customer service was on point!
They always get it right. Order accuracy even on huge orders is always spot in here. Friendly group of team members working today. Clean friendly restaurant. Try the animal style fried. Yummy!?. You can order protein style with no bun for those of u looking to cut out breads. Enjoy.
In n out will always have a place in my heart. There is just no burger in the world that tastes this good.

Great burgers made virtually and way you could conceive of. Fries are made from fresh potatoes. Not the absolute greatest fries ever, but not the worst. I always get a triple triple animal style burger with animal style fries and a neapolitan shake. Someplace everyone should try once.
We had a double-double and a regular hamburger and both were delicious. The service was very good and the food was excellent. These are the best hamburgers you can get anywhere!
Heard about in-n-out burger place of the west, similar to Steak ‘n Shake. So the restaurant and design is beautiful. So I ordered number 6: hamburger, fries and a shake instead of fountain drink. The burger was thin definitely need a double to taste the meat over the big chunk of lettuce, onion and tomato on it. Didn’t care for their spread which was like thousand island dressing/ Mac sauce. The burger wasn’t bad at all just needed the extra patty but the fries was horrible, tasted like cardboard. I believe it may be the sunflower oil they use or they way over cooked it. Never again would I try it again except the strawberry shake was good, I give you that. I stick with Steak n Shake and their fries.
