We will NEVER GO there AGAIN!!! The shop close time is always uncertain, it saids 12am, we went there before 8:50pm, say hello to the waiter(owner, he was totally ignoring us. Okay...we wait untill he come to us take our order with strong attitude said store close at 9pm today(the lady work in kitchen told us it was temporary changed by today due to slow flow). After he finish make our tea, we went out of store then I find out my order was made WRONG, I went back said I order green tea could you double check. The waiter yelled to me, No, you order black tea!! Then I found that our receipt is left on the table type with green tea. I show it to him. Then he said bad world in Chinese to us...how funny, I'm sorry but you store with this attitude deserve Shut Down... customers will never going back!!
The waiter gave us attitude because we arrived close to the "closing time", which was 9 pm, but on google map, it shows the closing time is 12. I think only God knows the closing time because they kept randomly changing their closing time. But it is ok, we just want to order two drinks to go and leave him alone. But somehow he made the wrong order for my girlfriend, so we told him that and want him to make the correct drink for us. And then his attitude became horrible. First, he insisted he made the right order until we showed him the receipt. After he knew he was wrong, he threw the receipt on the desk rudely. We couldn't stand his bad attitude and told him it is wrong to serve the customer, and he yelled at us and said "why don't you guys make your drinks yourselves？". LOL. Such a worst customer service. Will never come again.
Cashier is rude as hell. Gave me attitude and rolled eyes when i was ordering.I called at 11:30 and he said they were open and closed at 12am.When i arrived 15 mins esrly before closing he told me they were closed so i told him i called and you told me yall close at 12am and he got sooo mad . And they also dont take apple pay .Do never go to this place
Cashier is rude as hell, will give you attitude and roll his eyes as soon as you walk in. Took 15 min to make a thai milk tea lol and I was the only one in there. Not the most hygienic place either.
Don't get prank by the store hours, they are not open until 12:00am like they posted. The pink hair employee refuse to take our order when we've been waiting in line to order our drink for 10 minutes. We are not the only customers waiting, and once we got to the first in line, and he said "we are closed." Wow, what a great response! Their sign says 11:00-12:00. I'm not trying to be mean and I understand that he wants to get off right at 12, but dude, it's 11:40 when I'm in the store, you can't even make my drink in 20 minutes?

Walked in to pick up an Uber order no one’s in there aside from a two people at a booth, no greeting asks “pick up”. Mind you usually I’ll speak. I just said the name, he goes to grab the cups but has on the yellow cleaning gloves already cleaning hands me the drink I ask for paper towels to grab the drink cause that’s nasty. Makes me wait to slam two on the counter then when I say is that how you hand stuff to people he acts like there’s no problem. Nahhh that’s nasty ash ?
25 minute wait for them to make 1 milk tea boba....no thanks.
Cheap boba +1 star. Cute interior +1 star. But their boba was honestly pretty bad. Tapioca was starting to disintegrate. And the milk tea tasted watered down. :(
