Had the opportunity to go to Ichiza last night. A nice little place off the strip with affordable Sushi. The beef tataki was probably something I wouldn't order again, but everything will fine. I'd probably go again if I was in the mood for a ton of sushi but didn't want to break the bank.
Their agedashi tofu is legit! Been searching a while for good agedashi tofu. Crispy chewy outside and soft inside. I'll come back just for that. Other food is good too.
The picture below is the “glass of wine” that I was served to me bc I asked for no ice in my wine… Clearly this reason alone is frustrating, however the service was slow, grilled squid we ordered was cold and the egg in the Ramen was lukewarm at best.I would not recommend ??
This place has great food. It is currently under new management and have been changing a few things. They discontinued the customer loyalty program and ruined the honey toast. The sashimi was amazing though. Just don’t bother with the honey toast anymore. There are places that do way better now.

Fantastic place if you just want some yummy Japanese food and don't want to get on a plane for 15 hours.Truly, bring your friends here and order a couple of pitchers and dishes and let everyone dig in!
Very authentic Japanese food beyond the basic sushi and ramen that most restaurants offers.They offer stuff we haven't had since Japan such as Chicken Yakitori, grilled chicken gizzard. Love the beef curry rice with pork cutlet (not as good as coco-curry in Tokyo, but damn good). The only complain was the bakchoy, the portion was so small.Can't believe they open til 3am?
This place is like family. They welcome you with good hearts and great food! My personal favorite is the Beef Tataki and the Chicken Yakitori. Thank you Ichiza for being in Vegas since day 1! Arigato!
Love the people that work there. Love the food. Love the options/variety. There are a lot of tasty treats, even yummy desserts. A def must try. It's a small restaurant that serves tapas style or have a full meal. They do serve adult beverages to enjoy with your food. A great place to hangout with friends
