Restaurant is clear and has no wait time. Very upset because ordering online automatically adjusts it to every 30 minutes where as before, you can choose to pick it up as soon as possible.So they really made me sit here, until "the correct pickup time" even though there is no one else waiting.Definitely not tipping or returning here. ????
The food delicious!! The service was friendly and for as busy as it was they were as prompt as possible. Really enjoyed it!
My girlfriend said this is one of her favorite restaurants! I loved my pound of shrimp! I had the corn, potato, and rice too. The sauce I picked was really good. Full of garlic and other good things. Waitstaff was very attentive!

Just because of the sauce portions, it doesn't seem like they've changed the oil in quite some time(all fried items taste like fish, including fries). Whatever was used to fry the fish and shrimp taste like stale flour, corn meal, and Tony's seasoning
The food tasted very good.and the service was ok but we will not go back. What really bothered us was that we decided to splurge and get the King Crab legs - one pound for $90.00 - added to our small combo to share. We expected to be full and to have plenty left over. What we got were just TWO (yes I said 2) crab legs cooked in the shell in their bag of spices. That was it. There was no warning or indication of this from the server or the menu. We were blown away. Assuming the shell weighs as much as the meat, we paid about $180/pound. We felt completely ripped off. To make matters worse, we asked for an extra piece of corn and there was a $ 0.75 charge on the bill for that! Unbelievable.
One of the best versions of seafood in a bag style restaurants. Sadly the crawfish, as noted in their name, are only frozen which leaves them chewy. The shrimp and snow crab legs were great in the hot and juicy style flavoring. Soft shell crab basket also good and on point. This is one of those places where the bill doesn't match the decor. You'll likely spend $50 a person without alcohol, just on the seafood, but the decor is that of a fast food restaurant. The food is great but lines can be long and parking impossible. Try going at 3:00 p.m. for a more enjoyable experience. Always found the servers to be terrific here.
Great food and excellent service! Glad we had an enthusiastic server coz we were celebrating a friend's bday. Hot N Juicy Crawfish was celebrant's request. Everyone had a blast!
Not a bad. It's out side the strip so it a little bit more quiet. Good background music playing while dining in. Food came out quick. If you haven't try boil egg with the Hot and Juicy sauce. You should.
