So it has been years since I walked into a Hooters. Today while driving home, I thought let me stop in and grab a chicken sandwich.Walked in greeted by the friendly host staff and seated in Haylee's section.She was all smiles and seemed happy to be at work. I ordered the normal chicken sandwich and it came out like I remembered.The customer service from Haylee is what I remembered from Hooters.If you're in the area, definitely a place you want to stop by for A+ customer service.
Welp normally I love Hooter's. However, this isn't one of those times. Over cooked (when I say over done I mean as in it was not even in the slightest bit edible) cheese sticks, fried pickles AND chicken! Got the pickles at least redone but after that it just seemed pointless to keep asking for all of our food redone. Table was super sticky and gross, did not even want to touch it. Only good part about it all was the waitress was very sweet. I think next time I'll just go to BFWW. =/
Had a great experience over there today. Our server was awesome , very attentive and polite.Thank you. Kids liked the food and that was the most important for me. Don’t order Lagunitas A free though ?. Thank you.
Food was overpriced for bar food. Basketball finals were on and there were no drink specials. First time I have been to a Hooters in 20 years probably be another 20 before I go back.
My husband n I walked into this place to use the ACM ATM at around 2am on 06/15/2022 there was an older employee there that was NOT professional at all. He treated us like straight garbage. I'm not sure if it's cause we are Hispanics or what was going on. We were polite paying customers. We tried to get his attention to order a drink while we gambled but he intentionally ignored everything we say n tried to do to get his help. We did NOT disrespect him nor were we rude to this man. However, when he finally couldn't ignore us any longer he told us "Look, I got nothing for u man but 2 bottles of water for the road" there were many customers in the building in which they all were listening. One customer who seen all this was just as dumbfounded as we were. I personally was extremely offended by this employee n I've already shared this info with many many people including family n unfortunately for THE LAST STANDING HOOTERS LEFT IN LAS VEGAS NV by this act of ignorance has lost a humongous percent of customers. If I was running this place I would make sure all my employees were up to par. When ur the last one standing there shouldn't ever be any room for employees that treat there customers like an off brand. This company has lost a significant amount of business by me refusing to return until this man takes some classes or something to learn the significance of a VALUED TRUE CUSTOMER!!!!
Waitress was horrible, terrible service. Don’t be in a hurry because food takes forever to come. Beer on tap tastes horrible, pass on this place
We were celebrating something nice and decided to go to Hooters at around 9:30 PM.tey seated us, we ate, received our bill, paid our bill and waitress comes over and says that there is a fraudulent activity going on with your card with the bank and the bank will not allow the transaction to go through. My husband walks to the bar and tries to handle the situation the best way he can by calling the bank and then all of a sudden I hear arguing in the background between the bartender and my husband. I ask what is wrong and my husband says they were completely rude And I have to agree depart gender was pretty drunk and he was drunk because he was drinking with all of the rest of the people that were watching the sports on the TV arguing about which game was better than the other meanwhile my kids and I didn’t know what was going on. I will never step foot back in that place again only were they rude they were so racist and I can’t believe that this is happening in our country right now in the 21st-century spend your money elsewhere this is not worth it
Great burger and fries, well cooked as well as the wings, a little salty but good taste overall. Music playlist could use some upgrade, something more upbeat. Server Julissa was very polite and attentive.
I guess the manager decided to have an employee meeting so we had to wait for them to finish before we could get service. We were ready to walk out but a waitress walked up and took our beer order, then we waited and waited. We ordered wings. Didn't know they could be so small.
Had cravings for wings so went to Hooters and got the 10 piece, fries and 2 coors lights. Wings were fresh and juicy but were tiny, beers werent very cold. Will look for better...
