A white couple walked in after me (and my Hispanic family) they were offered samples and extras to take ( mind you they had just walked in and had not purchased anything yet) We *surprise surprise* were not. This is the last time we purchase. Do better.
I was so happy to see this store a few days ago. Bought a couple packages of these cookies to treat myself to these Hawaiian goodies!
I don’t leave a lot of reviewsReally this might be my first oneThese people not only gave me the cookies I paid for, they gave me more! I had a terrible end of my last night in vegas! I had just gotten all my last gifts for the night, end of my trip. We decided to stay later into the night to enjoy it. After I saw an interesting shop, I realized I did not of any of the bags I had earlier! I am from the mid west and am used to people turning things into security if they see missing things. Unfortunately naive me thought that would have happen. Sadly no such luck. ? I started crying in frustration and sadness as I don’t have a lot of money and had been planning for this trip for a while. After going to another shop to replace the one her gifts I lost I went into the cookies shop. I had gone into this shop earlier to get these cookies. They mean a lot to my family personally and when Isaw the shop I got very excited to get some of these for my parents. One of them is not in the best of health and I thought this would be an exciting surprise! After knowing the cookies were gone, I was understandably upset and hurried to them before they closed. They recognized me from earlier and excited greeted me until I said what happened. I don’t know what happened but as I got the order I had originally had, they gave me and my friend free 5 cookies each for how horrible we felt. When we got back to our hotel, I realized they had also left a few free ones in the bag as well. They truly deserve 20 stars. They completely turned my night around and had my crying for joy instead of frustration!
Super helpful staff and friendly! I had a list of items that my friend wanted and they got them for us right away. And the cookies are yummy!
Just a few words "the best cookies by far" every bite is pleasure lol and when the cashier explained that the cookies come straight from the beautiful island of Hawaii every Friday amazing and you can tell in the taste. And so many to choose from. 5 stars worth every bite
My husband and I absolutely love their original flavor cookies. Even though those are our favorite, we’ve never tried a cookie flavor we didn’t like! Whenever we visit the staff is super friendly and helpful. We go buy cookies whenever we visit Las Vegas. Very highly recommended!
We stopped in and picked up a 24 pack of cookies and some cookie tin gifts. The team was very nice and helpful. Make sure to get a stamp card if you ever plan to return. Currently, the limited time cookie is a Matcha dipped one that is delightful.
Giving it 3-Stars as I didn't even get a chance to try any because the entrance was so difficult to find. I drive Uber and had someone in from Canada who wanted these cookies. We drove around 20-minutes searching, even called for help. A visible sign pointing to the entrance would help a lot. Neither Google or Apple Maps were able to pinpoint an exact location.
Located in the Linq Promenade this is a little taste of Hawaii. They have a great variety to choose from my favorite are the guava and dark triple chocolate macadamia. I was able to buy 10 cookies for about $12 bucks. A great snack or souvenir to take home.
These cookies are really tasty. It's a bit pricy. It shortcake cookies dropped in chocolate and other stuff. Staff are friendly. They have gift boxes of you don't want to select your own cookies. The cookies are soft, sweet and tasty
