We came for dinner and Devyn was our server. She was super nice and was really apologetic since our food was taking so long. She took care of the inconvenience by comping some of appetizers and offered a free dessert. Even though we had to wait for our food it was still a good evening.
We were a party of five. Checking in for our reservation was an ordeal. The hostess would simply leave the check in stand and not return for minutes at a time. Finally she told us our table was ready and she would take us to the table. Instead, she talked to the next party for at least five minutes while we waited to be seated. Food was good. Steve, our server, was excellent! The restaurant is very noisy to the point of requiring us to almost yell to have a simple conversation. Would I return? Probably not. This was our second time at Hearthstone. We did not experience these challenges the first time.
Brunch on the weekends are incredible - love going there - Iâm a local and I go there at least once a month - foodâs amazing - ambiance is wonderful - wonât be disappointed ð
The food was great. Lollipop chicken was awesome. For a party of 9 about 5 of use ordered the Loco Moco which was OK. They were not very flexible with the menu at all. We asked for broth or mashed potatoes because a member of our party couldnât eat due to a procedure. They didnât even ask the chef and immediately said no. The service wasnât so great. People that came in after us was serviced first so we got our food late. We had to ask for ice 5 times and waited long to get water refilled.

Service was great! She told us about the weekly specials and offerings and kept our glasses full.
Zach our server was fantastic and knowledgeable about everything! He had a great personality too . Chef Donald came out and presented the smoked Wagyu sirloin with peach au jus . It was absolutely delicious ! So fun . We love this restaurant!
Had a lovely dinner outside on the patio. We really enjoyed it. The food and wine were very good. I had the impossible burger which was delish.
This was a first visit to the Hearthstone for me. Although the food was good the service was lacking. I was seated awaiting the rest of my party to arrive and it took almost 15 minutes for anyone to approach me and ask me if I wanted anything to drink. The prices are a bit higher for their food than other restaurants that serve the same quality/type of food.
