Jonathan is so awesome. He is very attentive and always provides great customer service. Highly recommend.
Had a nice meal, service was slowâ¦took a hour to get our food after we ordered.
Wanted to take our good friend out for his birthday, he likes a good steak and thatâs what we got, cooked the way it was asked, the waiter was a little quiet but thatâs not a bad thing also found out before we got there that you can bring a bottle of wine for a modest corkage fee of $25. All in all it was a good time will come again.
Both our host and server were extremely attentive, and made us feel comfortable and at home. Amazing service. The food was good. Definitely better than average. We enjoyed our plates (ribeye steak for me, and chillean seabass for my wife), but I'll be honest, for the price I've eaten better food in town. That said the service, and ambiance (especially if you can get seating closer to the waterfalls) is great. I'll come back to try their happy hour.
We have been dining at Hawthorn Grill since it was first opened as The Carmel Room. Always have experienced great dining. That was until last night. Ordered the Cold Water Lobster Tail which was excellent but the 8 oz. Filet was unsatisfactory. Ordered medium rare ended up medium to medium well. Also flavor was off. Not sure if old or what . Should have sent back but trying to be nice guy. Couple we were with ordered Rib Eye Steak medium rare and it turned out spot on. At the price being charged for this item definitely was not up to Hawthorn Grill standards.
Amazing/Quality Happy Hour!! Wonderful job Krista! Thank you for the "yes" attitude. The Hendricks sub for the drink was a hit. Brussel Sprouts, Dip and Burger were all delightful!!
Very nice surroundings , wonderful server. Meal was great. If I had anything negative to say , the accompaniment ie vegetables were cool not hot, but this did not spoil the overall meal.
This is a great place to celebrate any special occasion. The service is excellent and the good is as well.
The valet was rude but overall the food and server was awesome
Everything great except for the expensive crab legs. Ordered one pound and the legs were small and did not look like one pounds worth. Would definitely steer clear of those next time.
