The fries are fantastic—crispy on the outside and tender inside. Forget the collards—needs more vinegar.
Having eaten here multiple times and excited to try this again, I visited again last night. Unfortunately the fried chicken was not as tasty as my last visit from what was previously excellent however the chips were crispy and fluffy. Hopefully they’ll be able to improve to make it great again.
Hattie B's is in the food court at the Cosmopolitan, and I can honestly say it's the best chicken I've ever had. There is no comparison. I ordered the mild and my husband got the spicey. Both were the bomb. It comes out piping hot, fresh, and over the top delicious. The outside is crispy and the the chicken inside is so juicy. The crinkle fries are so crispy and fresh. The line is sometimes long, but worth the wait. I've been back home from Vegas for weeks now, and I'm still craving that dang chicken. Unfortunately, I live in Colorado and there's no Hattie Bs in the state. Try it while you can. I don't think you'll regret it. It's better than some of the expensive places there.
Stopped at Hattie's for a quick meal after gaming. The chicken was very good, hot and fresh, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. the potato salad was hearty, not overdressed like many potato salads are. the slaw was crunchy with a hint of sweet. The cashier Vanessa was one of the nicest people I've met in the restaurant industry. Very helpful, courteous and friendly.
Maybe it’s me and Nashville chicken because I didn’t enjoy it here or Nashville. Yet, it was fresh! Hubby and I both feel it leaves an aftertaste. Wouldn’t eat it again but it’s not the worst. Fries were okay and Mac and cheese- hard NO for me!
Great location inside the Cosmo. They start serving at 11 AM. My friends had the mild/medium hot chicken sandwiches, dark bone in chicken, pimento mac and cheese, crinkle cut fries, and cole slaw. Food here is served fresh and delicious. The chicken was very moist and tender. The skin was extra crispy. Do yourself a favor and tear a piece of the chicken off, add coleslaw and dip it into the Nashville comeback sauce. Wow textures were crazy. The Nashville have a different hot kick to the sauces, chicken and even mac and cheese. This place was so good we ate here twice over the weekend. Even with the long lines we waited less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend Hattie's if you want a quick bite to go.
Delicious chicken joint found in the Cosmopolitan on the 2nd floor. They have a lot of choices to choose from. We tried the Mild chicken tenders and the southern chicken tenders - we preferred the southern style. Their red potato salad was HEAVEN and their fries were on point. My husband also had the Mac & cheese and he said it was really tasty. It wasn't open late (10:00PM) but it was also a Wednesday night. We chose to carry out and take the chicken back to our room, but there was a little bar where you could sit and eat if you wanted to. The only reason that they didn't get 5 stars from us was because there wasn't much of an explanation on the flavors of chicken, so though we both would have preferred no spice, that's not what happened, and the spicy chicken wasn't our favorite. It really was more like a 1/2 star demerit, but Google sucks and wouldn't let me do that.
Some folks are "Hard Core" Hattie B's fans, some are hard core Chic Fil A, some, like myself are hard core Popeyes. Yes, Hattie B's is good provided you like a high degree of spices on your chicken. I am referring to "flavorings" here and not to Hotness level. Our 1/2 chicken combo with fries and slaw was a good value, prepared well and of good quality. If you haven't tried Hattie's then you definitely need to try it for yourself. Me, I will stick with my go-to favorite. Eye, Eye folks !
Saved me a trip to Tennessee. Seriously delicious crispy and hot as you can handle. Love the pimento cheese Mac and cheese as well as the coleslaw. Both the hot chicken sandwich and the tenders were delicious. Can’t wait to be back to try the next level of hotness. They do it right.
I got the "HOT" chicken sandwich, side of mac n' cheese, coleslaw and the banana pudding. All of this was excellent. The chicken was cooked perfectly and so juicy. The mac n' cheese was thick and creamy. I have always wanted to try banana pudding and was not disappointed. The prices were good too.
