Love this! A great option for a healthy meal, and a little recharge. I visited the Bonneville location for lunch yesterday. The menu offers a ton of options. There are plenty of vegan or GF. I tried the Korean beef bowl. It was delicious. The service was prompt and helpful. Will definitely be back.
Let me start off by saying. I love Greens and Protiens and I have been to multiple locations throughout the valley and I will continue to frequent the ones I normally go to. However this particular location was absolutely the worst. The worst experience. I ordered a soup to go and waited nearly 20 minutes for it. It wasn't until I asked where my food was that they even bothered to walk to the back and check to see what was going on. The couple behind me ordered 2 meals and smoothies and we're sitting at a table eating before I even recieved mine. Me and the couple were the only customers in the place as well so it's absolutely absurd that it took 20 minutes to put a bowl of soup together and bag it. Their was a total of 5 people I could see working so the fact that it takes you this long to serve customers is a joke. I was extremely disappointed and they gave me a small soup as well. Luckily your other locations in the valley are better equipped to take care of their customers. I will be returning to those locations this location however I will never come to again. It was absolutely terrible. I would strongly recommend looking at the staff you have working for you here. Get people who actually want to work and do a good job.
The government was curious and was suspecting this Greens and Proteins location of food poisoning. The government did not find any food poisoning crime. I'm not going to come back here. Suspected food poisoning and rude employees is not what I consider a good meal. The government did find this Greens and Proteins location guilty of serving uncooked food. Serving uncooked food is not a crime.
The Bison burgers were excellent as were the sweet potato fries. The only issue I had was the "cafeteria feel" of the chairs and tables - it detracts from the restaurant's overall appeal. More comfortable bench seating would be much nicer. It felt like a "healthier version of McDonald's " and to be honest I didn't want it to remind me of McDonald's in any way.
I come to this place a lot! I go to both locations downtown and the flamingo store. Downtown location has always been great quality service and food. I've always looked at greens and proteins to have a standard until today! Flamingo location to be exact. The last time I came to this location they forgot to give me the dressing for my mixed greens no biggie I had some at home. This time they forgot how to make the wrap that I ordered forgetting key ingredients that make it what it is! Also forgot to give me my mixed greens again! SMH I called to let the manager know to be hassled by the girl at the register asking me what do I need to speak to the manager for?! I speak to the manager who sounds so unbothered about my complaint. She asks what should we do about it? lol WOW. Ended up giving me two free meals but handled it very unprofessional. She didn't even take my name down or order or anything so I doubt they will take care of me. The food was cold and not good either. Go to the downtown location where they are professional and provide excellent service. I do not recommend coming here incase you like your same oder made differently and rude customer service.
This was my “medium” done burger .. wasn’t aware they served coal wraps at this location . Have some pride . Won’t be back or recommend this place .
Amazing food but charging a Credit Card fee instead of just eating the cost as a business should.... Sorry won't be back ?
I waited more than 20 min pst my pick up time after arriving 5 min early. When dasher support called the store to see what the issue was they were told they just got the order. This was a lie. I confirmed the order when I arrived. I understand the store is short staffed but lying and wasting people time and money is unacceptable. Was hoping to return to try the food for myself but I will not be doing that now.
The staff does not care about quality. They do not care about your time. I used to be a fan. Hopefully they do something but I won't know because I will never go back. Avoid if you enjoy food. I ended up throwing the food and my money in the garbage.
I got the bulgogi bowl. The broccoli was raw, the brown rice was maybe half cooked and the meat was......well at least it was done, flavorless but done.. I ordered 30 min previous was told it would be ready in 15 and then waited another 20 after I got there. I have eaten at the downtown one without problem but this was unbelievable and ridiculous.
