The place is a dump only here for a few more days. Do not stay here old smelly AC sucks never again will I let them get me a room here. 90% of the staff are rude and could careless if you have a problem. Had the front desk manager lie to me right to my face.
This is truly a vile place with horrible employee service. Katrina is a manager there who is very manipulative, mean spirited and conniving. She lied to me about Ryan Hink being the Hotel Manager and that there’s no way to reach anyone to complain. Disgustingly manipulative people who are vicious and cheap. Upgrade to Aria or Bellagio. They have more class. New York New Tork is CLASSLESS!
Good place to stay, and excellent service
Every time I’m in Vegas I stop here for a pastrami sandwich. If you like pastrami these is the place to eat it. They pile on the pastrami, worth a return trip.
We have eaten here many times Pre-Covid which is why we returned this trip. This time one of us had the tuna. Immediately they thought it did not taste right but ate about a quarter of a sandwich not wanting to complain. We both went to the cashier and expressed concern. I specifically stated we were not interested in a refund but wanted to notify them the tuna was bad. The cashier replied, "I hope you do not get sick," and when encouraged to stop serving the tuna refused stating she was not a cook or a manager. This member of my party that ate the tuna got sick about 4 hours later ruining the trip. We tried to avoid others getting sick, but the staff were not interested in hearing from us. We hope no one else got sick.
Sandwiches are decent. The smell was amazing, so I gave it a try. The meats were a little better than average. The bread could have been better if they were maybe toasted. As I ate my sandwich the bread was falling apart. The meats are freshly sliced to order. At a price point of around $14 they are not a bad deal compared to other food at near by locations. I ordered a pastrami and a Brisket sandwich. If they include a Aju dip these sandwiches would definitely one or two more stars.
The sandwiches weren't as big as the last time. The pickles are not homemade very store bought same with the potato salad would recommend Sirricos pizza if I had to choose between the two.
Really good sandwiches They slice the meat and make the sandwiches to order as you wait. They provide a quality product with fast service and reasonable prices. The potato salad is really good and the cheesecake is awesome!
Wow, just wow! Melt in your mouth corned beef. Amazing sandwich. Better than some I’ve had in NYC.
The food is all made very fresh, so it took a bit of waiting. My husband had the Italian Stallion, and I had the egg salad bagel. The egg salad was good-need some pepper and celery. It was nice to sit outside the Deli and eat.
