Opened two hours later than their sign said (10 am instead of 8am). They also only served breakfast even though it was already 10 (their sign said breakfast only until ten); one worker said, "we'll sell all these out then start selling lunch" as there was already a pile of breakfast sandwiches made. They proceeded to be unable to get our order correct giving us one bacon and egg sandwich and one steak and egg sandwich when we order two steak and egg sandwiches. The first person in line was waiting longer than we were for them to open and when they finally announced they were open, they only took card so the kid had to leave as he only had cash.
We waited for our food for about 45 minutes. Almost missed our flight. Food we received was wrong but didn’t have time to wait again for them to fix. I would not recommend this stop unless you have about 2 hours. The staff appeared understaffed (which I understand) but unorganized, not in a hurry and sometimes had no-one working at the grill despite 20-30 people in line.
I had a great experience here on a layover. Sandwich was made fresh as were the fries. No complaints at all.
Service wasn't great as none of the employees were friendly. The food was okay. The employees did wear gloves BUT they used them to take orders, make food, and bag food. They never changed them. No one washed their hands. These are basic health code violations in most states. Touching money and then food can spread illness. The gloves are not to protect the workers hands, they are to protect us from cross contamination.
Ordered a large drink, Philly cheese steak, and cheese fries. There was no ice in the ice machines, once I got my drink there was no syrup. It tasted like straight soda water, the fries came with no cheese and the sandwich, which was supposed to come standard with onions was just steak and cheese. There was one item in our order that was correct. Save your money.
I dont usually post and I am posting based off my experience alone.Food was great, staff was great and efficient. Especially for an airport resturant, the price point (9$ for a cheese steak is pretty average but in an airport in a destination city that value skyrockets) The food itself was hot and tasty and I had no issues with my order, even when I asked for them to sub out the cheese sauce for provolone. If you need a bite at LAS I definitely recommend this place.Again this is on personal experience with this location!
This place doesn’t have a bad thing on the menu. And the staff is awesome!?
Got the Chix Philly w/fries last week (07/16-21) – absolutely one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Plenty of drink (free refill) and the service was superb. It was so good that I did a Google search for one in the Dallas area (unfortunately none exist around here). Summary: Awesome! I will return to Las Vegas - just to get another Chix Philly at Great Steak!
Stop here for a quick bite. The day I was here there were only 2 workers, but they managed to put out a great product with a large line.
