Okay, my burger was good but it wasn't anything exceptional at all. $18 for a regular burger that came with no fries. The restaurant is in a very busy casino so it's loud, smoky smelling, busy, and dirty. Definitely not impressive for a Gordon Ramsey business. Service was really good though. I'd skip this place if I could go back.
As we all know you are paying for the bane at this signature eateries in Las Vegas and the Gordon Ramsey brand is no different. While I have been disappointed with other food star food offerings in Las Vegas I will say I enjoyed my Gordon Ramsey burger as a meal. A group of 12 dined on a Sunday evening. We shared many appetizers and I must say they were all decent. What made this experience even better was our server. He really did a great job taking care of our group. I would in fact, dine here again.
Food was average and service was great! But prices are way too high!! $60 for burger ff and soft drink come on
I have ate at this restaurant many times. The first time was great. Had a steak and salad. Three of us had the signature dish that was terrible. Knew not to get that again. This time my steak was over cooked and dry and a person that was with us had a burnt hamburger. Which they did replace.
After arriving in Vegas and getting checked into our hotel, my wife and I were starving from our 4 hour flight, so we decided to mosey on over to Gordon Ramsay’s “Burger” restaurant at the Planet Hollywood hotel for lunch. Our heart sank as we got close and saw the long line of people waiting for tables, but we were pleasantly surprised that the line moved pretty quickly and in about 20 minutes, we were seated at the bar! We ordered a couple of beers and the beer battered onion rings to start, while we considered the burger menu. My wife ordered the Blue cheese Burger with blue-cheese, Manchego and a figgy jam. While I had the UK Burger with dubliner cheese and a mango chutney. It took a little while for the burgers, but the beer and onion rings kept us happy and satisfied until the burgers....which are the real star of the show...arrived. They were delicious! Not to mention hot, juicy and very flavorful! Sometimes the toppings can overwhelm the taste of the meat, but not here. The meat was seasoned just right...not too salty. The buns were also warm, soft and fresh too. Definitely a burger I would go out of my way for! All in all, a great burger...we weren’t even hungry for dinner that night night afterwards! Thanks Chef Ramsay and Team! You made our first meal in Vegas a good one!
The hamburgers are among the best burgers I have ever had. The wait can be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. Not sure if they offer reservations.
Such an excellent dining experience. We were able to be seated immediately! Lovely atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and on top of it (especially Fred). The drinks were so well made. Perfect balance of flavour. I definitely enjoyed the food! Had the Hell’s Kitchen burger. Tender, juicy patty cooked to perfection. The roasted jalapeño was amazing with the right amount of heat. I will say that flavour of the house ketchup was interesting at first but when your palate is used to being bombarded by corn syrup and “tomatoes” the you get a pass. All in all. Definitely on my return list!
We gave this a try and couldn’t have been more pleased. We beat the rush, so we didn’t have to wait. The tots and sweet potato fries were top shelf. Only thing better we’re the perfect burgers.
Great: Our servers. Very good: Super thick malts and potato fries with cheddar ranch sauce. Very bad: Medium-rare burger was barely even rare and barely there (small patty). Very weird: We didn't think you could screw up sweet potato fries, but apparently you can -- just overcook, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with an chili-ish liquid on the side. Better burgers are everywhere in Vegas at a fraction of the price.
We went there with lots of enthusiasm. They had a video of Ramsay how he’s tearing the new chefs apart and using curse words, which were blocked, but you knew it was cursing. This made us tense. If he thinks, people will enjoy that, then he’s wrong. The workers were not smiling. We’re were supposed to go the following day to his pub and grill. But canceled as we were disgusted.
