OMG! i got the pork adobo and let me tell you ...it is fabulous! The meat is so tender it melts in your mouth. And the flavor is fantastic! Highly recommend it.
The elderly lady who was putting cakes out was extremely helpful and friendly I even given her a tip. The cashier wasn't friendly at all never spoken to me nor cracked a smile only total my bill out no thank you or anything my 1st experience coming there peace.
Been here several times. I always found it adequate. I usually get tapsilog, but today I ordered lechon kawali and beef kaldereta. AND I KILLED IT! The lechon was crispy and crunchy and salty; the kaldereta savory with a slight hint of spicy heat. And then I topped it off with some sweet and chewy karioka. A very satisfying lunch. Not enough supply of Goldilocks products ! Is that for real ? Are you still approved and guaranteed plus licensed to do business as Goldilocks Bakery items that are famous for deserts ? We bought a mocha birthday cake for our Mom, should add Macapuno as filling with the icing. Bought Sans Rival but nuts were too big not crushed enough and not authentic enough just like how it’s made the old fashioned way recipe. Bought lots of Puto. Wish there were more palenke style deserts and Goldilocks specialties and famous sweets. We notice people eating breakfast. So, Goldilocks is not focused much on sweets like in the Phillipines ?
We are from Virginia. I haven't seen goldilocks in forever. Its a very nostalgic experience seeing this place again. As a child I always loved goldilocks. Prices are a definitely inflated compared to what it'll be in the Philippines but the taste is still the same. We got the fudge brownies and the ice chocolate cake. We also dined in and ate the bulalo with rice.
Had a great lunch here yesterday! The food was well prepared. Everything came out quick, fresh, and hot. The servers were very nice and helpful as well. For a moment it felt like we were in Manila. I would highly recommend!
For decades & decades I’ve been eating Kare-kare and the ingredients are always the same but not at Goldilocks their veggies didn’t have baby bok choy but instead it had cabbage my wife & I decided to dine in at this place. The cabbage doesn’t even blend but over powering the thing and it taste more like cabbage. I asked the waitress why it has cabbage instead and I was shocked on her replied that I have to special request the baby bok choy…OMG..haha..I told her why would have to that when we all know and expected what’s in it and on their picture menu showing baby boo Choy. What kind of planet earth cook do you have cooking in your kitchen. Please do not order Kare-kare they might have a Napa Cabbage
Honestly, very good filipino food at modest pricing. Good selection and generally quick and accurate service. Can get pretty busy during prime time.
Food was old and not made to order. Kare kare the meat was old tasted old. Lumpia was cold, the dinuguan was very small and luke warm.
I didn't dine in but ordered Tok Wat Baboy to go. Service at the counter was great. Very polite young man. I've been to other locations and I'm glad they have one in Vegas. I'll stop by to dine in.
