The service was terrible with the exception of the hostess. Ordered drinks and appetizer. But my soup side arrived before either. Then dinner arrived 3 min after appetizer. They trying to rush us out. Waiter had no clue about service and barely spoke English. She had salad and enjoyed it. I ordered ribeye. It was the thinnest cut and was tough. Waiter could not of cared or didn’t understand. Mashed potatoes were dry and tasteless. I will not return.
This was a very pleasant dining experience. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were great. One of the reasons Firerock is a Las Vegas favorite is because the staff is empowered to do whatever is necessary to maintain customer satisfaction. Even on a Monday this place was crowded. The server, Roxana, was prompt, friendly, and efficient. The taste and quality of the food was excellent. The prices are a little high, but the portion sizes are reasonable.

My wife and I had lunch here recently. It was a late lunch around 3:00 in the afternoon. We sat out on the patio. Even though the restaurant itself was fairly busy, the patio was almost empty, which was fine with us. The restaurant has an extensive menu. There's something for everybody. My wife ordered the Crab Louie salad. She said that it was pretty good except it was drenched in salad dressing. She recommended getting the dressing on the side. I ordered the turkey, avocado and bacon sandwich, with a side Caesar salad. They were both good but not fabulous. They brought out some golden brown rolls cooked in a small skillet before they brought our meals. The rolls were very good. All in all, it was a good meal. Our server was Carena, and she pleasant and prompt.
We've been coming here for a few years now and each visit has been great! ? We love the atmosphere and friendly staff. It can get crowded on peak days & times so arrive early or make a reservation.
I love the atmosphere, the food and the bar. If I have one complaint it was difficult to get drink service at the bar. Initially I thought it was because there was only one bartender but when there were 2-3, same problem. It felt like an inconvenience to ask for a drink. It’s just surprising because we don’t have that issue in Florida. The drinks flow. Liquor is a big business so o don’t know why the issues with service. We plan to give it another try because the food and drinks are fabulous.

OMG, Love this place! Great happy hour drinks and happy hour small plates! Wonderful ambiance with friendly staff and customers. Their complimentary bread/rolls are probably some of the best I ever had! We like this place so much we take our out of town guests here. We have never had a bad meal or bad service here. We will be back!!
Amazing loved everything from the drinks to the appetizers main course and everything. it was awsome my steak was cook to perfection. Everything came exactly as we ordered it and it was not rushed to our table we were allowed to enjoy everything before the next part of the meal came to the table. I have already been back and its only been a week from the first time we visited this wonderful place We will be back over and over amazing.
Went for happy hour. The food and drink menu had a nice variety. The servers were very friendly and informative. I have allergy issues they were taken into considerations and proper modifications were made. The bartender even brought out different sauces for me to try.
