We went to brunch and drag show which was the best thing ever!!
We reserved patio seating because that was all that was available. There were plenty of open tables but we were led to a table without any shade (over 100 degrees out) and the pleather burned our legs. We asked for another table in the shade and they let us have it but grudgingly. They told us all tables were reserved but most sat empty the entire time we were there. Next time Iâll just sit at the bar.
Lovely customer services. Just had to ask for more ice from server. -1starOtherwise, good service and amazing food. Honestly. The energy of the hostess who greeted at the door around 6pm on 5/25/22 was stellar and she gets a 5star. She needs to share her wonderful smile and awesome attitudes with the firefly hostesses on paradise road.Highly recommend, this restaurant, will travel from other side of town
Been searching for a tapa's restaurant. Saw Firefly on google maps. They were busy, but we were able to get a table for 2 relatively quickly...maybe a 2 minute wait. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The waiter made recommendations and suggest no more than 2 plates per person and then we could add more later as the dishes are made fresh and quickly. We ended up ordering 5 dishes and all of the food was very tasty. Kinda brought me back to Barcelona where I loved going to tapas restaurants. They did have a full bar, but we didn't order cocktails. Maybe next time!
This location is ALWAYS super busy. This was our first successful attempt at eating here. The food was wonderful! I gave it three stars as we tried the curbside pickup. According to the directions on the online receipt, you should pull up and park and wait for someone to assist you. Well there is nowhere to park, no designated area for pickup, so you either park in the fire lane or way out at the end of the parking lot near Buffalo. To add to the frustration, good luck calling as the initial message is extremely lengthy and at the end it really sounds like the message is going to hang up on you. At the very end you do get to press option 7 to talk to someone in the restaurant. Good luck with that too as it goes straight to a busy signal. I stood around for and extra ten minutes past my pickup time as they were super slammed. Either way you choose, dine in or pickup, or the laughable curbside pickup, it's super busy. I will say that the hostess at the front is very polite and personable.
the food is very bad, little, and the paella is very bad, extremely fatal. and very little without paella flavor. absolutely disappointed. $107 on these two plates. a horrible dessert, burnt and bitter. Of the worst I really tell you that our experience in this place was terrible. We never go back, nor do they give us food. not worth it. honestly no.
Had the best dinner at Firefly! Great off the strip dining! Everything we had was delicious and perfectly sized for sharing! Would love to come back again!
Amazing service, incredibly delicious food, great music/singing, friendly staff. Can’t ask for much more. Definitely coming back many more time before the year ends
Family get together for Mother’s Day. The mom’s enjoyed the roses and complimentary red sangria. Service and food was good. The tapas dishes were smaller portions compared to our last dining visit. Will definitely go back since it is one of our favorites.
Mother’s Day! It was great & the service was phenomenal. It was a little cramped but we had such a great time! Always good food!!
