Very weak. I don't get the hype. just because DDD visited the place? are you kidding me? I guess that means they can charge 3 times what the food is worth. Not good. We were seated, order taken and then ignored for 30 minutes. Yes, a Half an hour we sat there while the staff served other customers that came in after us. Later we were told those customers had previously ordered, then knowing how slow this place was, left and came back. who knows if that's true. the tacos on tuesday were decent. Tacos were small and not worth $3 each. the short rib grilled cheese was totally Nasty. greasy, cold, tasteless and $14 freaking dollars. much better places within a mile. PM me for suggestions, I think this site won't let me recommend other places in a review.

Fat Choy has been a real favorite of mine for years now and I'm honestly hesitant to write a review because I don't want more people going there and filling the place up. Don't let the location fool you...this place is five stars! If you do go, try the Pork Belly Bao Buns or the Short Rib Grilled Cheese and you won't be disappointed. Both are excellent choices.

A hidden Gem of American/Asian cuisine. You would not expect greatness from a restaurant that's hidden inside a small casino. The food was absolutely flavorful, delicious, filling and fresh. My boyfriend and I went around 10pm on a Saturday for dinner. It wasn't packed and we got seated right away. Service was delightful and the food came out surprisingly quick. Especially when they had to take care of a table of 10 guys. The pork buns are a must to get. And I really enjoyed the chicken teriyaki bowl. That had rice and a fresh salad.Next time I visit Las Vegas this will be my top place to go eat!

Another DDD classic well worth the visit. Tucked inside an old casino this place is a hidden gem. Great food & great service. We had the pork belly bao & short rib grilled cheese. Both were done to perfection. Our compliments to the chef & our server. If you're in Las Vegas make sure to stop here.

Our best meal in Vegas, hands down.Diner style restaurant nestled into an older casino. The short rib grilled sandwich is culinary genius and should be declared a national treasure. Our server, Tammi, was fantastic!!

A diner thats hard to find ? because its inside the casino Eureka. So if you see the neon lights of the casino you arrived to your destination. A fushion of chinese and american dish the pork belly bun and the Fat Choy burger are the star its simple but filled with vigor and flavor. I didnt know Guy Fieri was in this restaurant too no wonder a friend recommended this hidden gem outside the strip. A must try for foodies or just an escape from the overprice menu of the strip.

I'm not a fan of pork (anything), but let me just say the those pork belly buns are AMAZING!! Our fantastic waitress (Tammi) recommended items & we went with those items! The brisket grilled cheese was fantastic as well! Although small, The restaurant was immaculately clean, quaint with simple Asian inspired decorations. The service was A1, TOP NOTCH- in Vegas you just CAN'T settle for anything less. The teriyaki salmon was good- but , warning it's sweet. I liked it, but would LOVE it with a little less sugar. The pork belly buns, fries, & brisket grilled cheese were PERFECT! We also ordered cheesecake. It was a little softer than the new York style cheesecake but just as tasty. The blueberry was TO DIE FOR!! I ordered a slice of the chocolate too but didn't care for the chocolate topping so I ate the cheesecake part. The prices were reasonable (Tuesday). Our bill was around $80 before tip (2 entrees, 3 pork belly orders, 1 fish taco, 2 desserts & fountain drinks). I really can't wait to go back!!! ❤

We are delighted to have eaten here. Our entire party of 6 was extremely happy with the service, quality of food & price! We will certainly return for our Tuesday lunches! The tortilla chips were PERFECT & so crispy & warm. The burgers were phenomenal, the tacos were perfect (chicken & salmon). The chilly was rated delicious but a little under spiced for our chilly loving friend. Add the extremely competent staff (one waitress & one cook) and it’s beyond amazing they can pull this off! Kudos to them! 5 stars not given purely as it’s not a 5 star restaurant.

This review is for the Eureka Casino. Though I've heard great things about Fat Choy restaurant we were very full when we arrived. We sat at the bar to have a drink, play some poker, and watch the game. I've never met a friendlier server!! The lady tending bar was fantastic. While playing here you can order virtually anything (comped drinks) unlike some properties. The man running the cashier cage was extremely friendly and welcoming. This is a small place with very limited slot and poker options. It seemed the majority of people at this place definitely visited often as they were known by name. This place is old, in a sketchy part of town, and can be considered a "dive bar" of casinos. I'm not saying this is a bad thing, it is what it is.

Oh. My. Bao.I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this place was amazing!Tucked in the corner of the Eureka Casino, you'd think this to be yet another hole in the wall diner, nothing special. But the flavor was surprising.I started with the pork belly bao. The bread was nice and fluffy, the pork belly was tender and juicy, and the sauce was splendid.I continued with the sesame noodles, and they were this perfect mix of sweet, salty, sour and spicy. The noodles had a good view to them, sand the vegetables were cooked to perfection. The decor inside delivers a cool, retro 60's vibe, and lends to a nice, relaxing atmosphere.I will definitely be back to try some of the more "traditional" fare, but for now, I am pleasantly satisfied with this place.
