Totally super nice. I work at the clinic behind the Charleston location and I ordered a 6 pieces a fried chicken today for lunch. When I returned to work to have lunch I opened the carton to discover extra prices of chicken. I ran back to Farm Basket to explain they gave me more food then I ordered, and the manager was the nicest guy ever. He saw who I was and simply stated “I meant to give you more chicken”. Really? How awesome is that?! I’ve gone to Farm Basket in Las Vegas since I was a kid and will continue to do so into the future. Super nice staff. Love this place ?
Farm basket is a good chicken restaurant. I got the four piece with macaroni salad. The small pieces were superior. Cooked perfectly and the seasoning is solid. The larger pieces a little dry I honestly didn’t finish the breast. The Mac salad was average, but if you’re a lover of macaroni salad like me then that’s more than enough. The coleslaw also medium in grade and the biscuit was absolutely terrible. Dry flavorless and no substance they should do better in that department. The packaging isn’t great just foil and a brown paper bag. The service was great no complaints about the employees.
They gave us DRY chicken that must have been sitting out for hours. Ordered 12 piece family meal and strips. Even the strips were dry. Spent over $40 and couldn't even eat it. SO DISAPPOINTING! I grew up eating FB at the old location on Tropicana and was so excited to get it for my family. Drove across town too. This was a locals favorite that's ruined.
These guys mash potatoes reminds me of school but better. I can taste the cardboard. Will come back for more cardboard tasting mash potatoes. This place is such a good find. I'm sure many of us that give this place a high rating just love bland food with no taste.
I’ve been coming to farm basket since I was kid ?? it was always my families go to chicken spot. If never disappointed. Unfortunately not anymore they definitely decreased in the quality of the food. The rolls they used to have held the glaze way better. The rolls they use now are just cheap the service is mediocre. The workers seem like they don’t like working there. As well as there was hair in my drink and the they gave me the wrong drink. The vibes in the establishment were just negative.
What can I say, I love Farm Basket chicken. Their chicken tenders and cluckers are the best. The staff is always polite and professional. They actually seem like they're happy your there! Pretty unusual in today's customer care climate. Management always goes above and beyond if there is an issue or you have questions. I wish they had a branch in more areas of the city, we have to travel to the SW side, but we'll worth it.
What is it about Farm Basket that makes it so different from 'fast food'? There is a heartiness and wholesomeness uncommon for a drive thru establishment, and their seasoned fries make other fries not even want to show up for work - try them! I've been coming to the West Charleston store for FOUR DECADES without ONE negative experience or missing item! Not one! I want to add a 6th star!
Excellent chicken tenders. I would put them on par with Cane's, but the menu here has much more to offer, including a variety of dipping sauces. Fries are 1000x better here.
This is absolutely one of my favorite Old School good eats. Even after all other locations closed...the original is still standing. Maybe even under new management because today's lunch was sooooo fire and good. It truly took me back and reminded me why Farm Basket is absolutely one the best food spot in Vegas!!!
I ordered the chicken fried steak with potato meal and my kids got the kids chicken strip meal. We loved everything, super delicious and fresh and hot. The staff was really nice as well!
