I've always loved Famous Dave's and this was my first time eating at this location. The food and service was great. However, it just did not seem like the same atmosphere as other Dave's locations. They usually play blues or even country but at this one it was pop hits. The music just didn't seem to fit the type of place. Made it feel like I was somewhere else or something and not the Famous Dave's BBQ I am used to.
I had the Ultimate sandwich and my husband had the burnt ends and chicken. All of the food was savory and delicious. However we spent about 50 bucks for this meal. But it was definitely worth the hype.
As always the ribs are fantastic and the service was exceptional by Jessica!! We brought a guest from Korea who thought the corn muffins were the best thing she has ever eaten!! But, we miss the old style cabin decor which was so much more fun and we miss the large platters which made the food look even more appetizing. We will be back real soon. Thank you.

Tonight I stopped by since I heard their Buffalo wing basket is great, which it was, quite yummy.I ended up ordering their feast, which feeds 4-6 people, and here's why..... below I explain why.I sat alone by the bar since there was plenty of clean chairs open, etc.Alyssa was my waitress / head-bartender.I had probably 5 or 6 sodas, plus some lemon water.Alyssa was easily able to bounce around, table-to-table while assisting other employees with ease.The other employees were great as well, each of them friendly and helpful.The food is simply amazing, their cooks are on-point 100% which was a very pleasant surprise and I'll be enjoying this feast from famous Dave's for the next few days.Thank you to Alyssa, famous Dave's & the rest. I'll be back, also need to try the galleria location.

We've been to several Famous Dave's, but this was our first time at this location. The food wasn't as good we've had at other locations. They also seem to add on a $1 for this or $2 for that. This location wasn't busy, but our table still was missing napkins and sauce.It wasn't the best experience we've had. Unfortunate. We like this restaurant chain.
I went there in hopes of getting some nice BBQ Beef ribs but they dont carry them. That was disappointing. They only had pork. The food was great but servings were extremely small for the amount of money we paid. To be honest I probably would not think Famous Daves if I wanted smoked or BBQ again. My chicken thigh and leg were very small also. I want a big portion for the amount of money being paid. The staff were great and very nice. If you want to draw in a crowd serve big portions and make it the go to place for bbq and smoke meat.
