We love Elite Catering! We’ve had the opportunity to experience their services at other family & friend’s weddings, so we knew we wanted them at ours, especially since they were able to cater to many different food restrictions. Due to the bride living with celiac disease, we had to make sure that whomever we picked to cater our big day not only understood the severity of celiac disease but could provide high quality food and service still. Elite did not disappoint; from the tasting meeting to the actual events! The entire buffet at the reception was gluten free (things were well marked) and the staff was well informed on any other food restrictions throughout the evening. We had many compliments on our rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, and dinner. Elite not only knows how to make high quality, delicious foods, but they also know how to display those foods in a way that makes it an experience for everyone involved. We really appreciate the attention to detail brought to each of our events by Elite. We highly recommend Elite Catering for your next event.

Had a surprise Birthday Party for my wife’s birthday. Decided I didn’t want to do a thing but socialize with friends and family. So I hired Robert. What a mistake that was!!! Mistake because IM HOOKED!!!! ILL never have a party without him and have to spend a couple of bucks for incredible service and food!!! This by far was the best experience ever! The food was GREAT! Staff mingled throughout the guests and tables serving Hors d'œuvres for the first hour. Felt like we were at an outdoor restaurant. Every guest grabbed me and told me how incredible the food was. Robert and his group set up all the food stations and tableLinens, Roberts wife tended bar for us. What a joy not having to open bottles of wine all night and mix drinks which allowed me pure down time to socialize!!! It was truly the best time my wife and I ever had when throwing a party. My wife was amazed as to how she never did a thing! So Robert, we will SEE YOU and your group at our next party for sure! Thx for the AWESOME food and professional staff! You made for an AWESOME EXPERIENCE!
