Horrible service from the am manager today all the employees are hustling along but her behavior was awful I chalked it up to her being young or have a rough day but when I did not get what I ordered, my breakfast companion went to counter with my receipt to show we had paid for and did not recieve one item she then yelled I put it in there I went up to counter as saw the commotion. When I arrived the person that took my order said I didn't pay for it we showed receipt and was given the item. I felt very uncomfortable to eat it because of the behavior if some could treat me that way what would they do to the food I was going to eat awful awful manager

Always a great place to grab a bagel with a schmear . Come early tho because they sometimes run out of the popular choices. Parking can be a challenge at this location especially during peak times like the morning. Friendly staff and multiple ways to order to get your bagel on?
Seriously terrible. Ordered ONE simple bagel, nothing fancy. Waited 25 minutes then asked how much longer. The unfriendly staff member rudely informed me they hadn’t even started mine yet so I just left. Didn’t want to waste my time on a refund because of the impolite staff. Several people went up and complained about their orders while I was there as well.I just don’t understand how it can take 30 + minutes to put one bagel in a bag or why a manager would hire an entire staff who is rude to their customers. Won’t be going back.
Store smells like a restroom. Y’all need to do better with wait times. Don’t visit this location if you’re looking to eat lunch while on a lunch break at work, you will not make it back to your job on time. Do better.
The staff here are slower than molasses running out of a jar in the winter. Ordering ahead is slower than coming to the location and placing an order. I wouldn't recommend ordering ahead at this location unless you prefer to sit in the cold waiting for them to prepare the food. It should NEVER take 20 minutes when your phone uses your GPS location. I live 5 minutes away and ordering ahead takes them 20 minutes. No, the restaurant was not busy. The food was cold. As a matter of fact, it's never busy when I come. I'm usually the only one that has placed an order. The district manager needs to work with the staff and train them all again. Staff aren't friendly. No staff ever smile. They all look grumpy. I don't recommend this location as it is.
A little small in side, at lease it feels so when it's busy, like any where That's has a great product i guess. I really only had,the Bagels, and breakfast sandwiches but those were bothSuper delicious many flavors ofBagels even some flavor that would make some NewyorkersDouble look ?
So yummy! We love this place. Breakfast and lunch options, really good coffee. Poor people get slammed Sunday mornings though with a line out the door and 20 min wait. Maybe try to avoid this place weekend mornings!
Einstein Brothers is one of my favorite places of all times. I truly adore a nice, well made bagel. I recently went to NYC for the first time and Bagels were on the list, for sure!My absolute fave thing here is the lox, cream cheese, caper, and red onion bagel sandwich. I also really love to get the gourmet green chili with (4?) cheese. On that, I like to have the Garden Veggie cream cheese smear. The hash brown bagel is another fabulous choice!My dad recently passed away and one of our favorite things to do was to go to Einstein Brothers, and eat bagels, drink coffee together. We honored him by having a group breakfast there the day after he passed ( in addition to a traditional celebration of life, which happened later!) Highly recommend, especially on a day when you’re craving comfort on a plate!!!
So Hot and dark in the store. Bagels seem day old. Butter definitely is not Butter probably margarine. Yuk! First time and last time here. Staff was nice. The one in Summerlin is better!
