This is my first time at this location. The staff was friendly. It wasn't crowded although it was early Monday morning. I was expecting a crowd.I got an Asiago and Chessy Hashbrown bagel. The bagels looked as if they haven't been cooked. They're usually a golden brown but not today.
Today was the first time going to this location. It was about 8:30 am when I visited there. Not too busy. Only 1 person waiting for his to go order. First , the tension was so thick by all employees. I could feel it. As I am going up to the register to place my order one of the managers starts ordering the young man on how and what to do. I didn’t listen to what she was saying because honestly, I was in shock! She was so angry and didn’t care who heard her. The young man taking my order was clearly embarrassed. As I’m waiting for my order she starts again. Throwing boxes on the floor. Putting together the coffee boxes really aggressive. Made it very uncomfortable. Starts again in on the young man. Telling him loudly and aggressive to get “off the line” She doesn’t need your help! Like I said it made for a very uncomfortable experience. I felt really bad for the staff. The whole staff (3) was very tense. I wanted to say something to the manager so bad! If there is a problem with someone’s performance please take them off the floor to have a professional coaching conversation with them. I would have walked out on the spot! I suggest maybe she needs to go through management training AGAIN! I felt like I was an employee and uncomfortable. I am a customer and should never feel the way I did. The morale in this location really needs improvement and she isn’t doing it. It’s her job description to boost morale and not belittle employees in front of customers. Terrible and uncomfortable experience by the manager. Who I’m sure gets paid well to represent your company.
My favorite bagel spot, the staff is here is just happier and friendly I know them all ( sorry guys but Wes is my favorite) this location has a good vibe, a bigger seating area and outdoor tables! Even your pups feel welcomed and happy here.
Great chain with a variety of different bagels. The food is always delicious and we love their fresh baked bagels. They have a huge variety of bagels and sandwiches and coffee too.The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They always treat me with kindness and thoughtfulness. They do offer some discounts and rewards if you download their app .I love the outdoor seating patio.Definitely recommend it and will be back.
This is my go to spot for the indulgence and convenience of an easy, fast breakfast. Ot's consistently tasty and you can watch your meal being prepared. Wes, who works at the location on Eastern Avenue near Serene, is easily the best employee I have experienced at any Einstein location from the customer service oriented perspective.
This has to be the worst place I've ever been to. They never asked which bagel I wanted my sandwich on or how many eggs I wanted. They couldn't make the drink I wanted because it was broken. Then after eating half of the first half of my bagel I find what appears to be a wrapping paper of sorts in my bagel in both halves of my sandwich. I'm never eating here again.
Decent bagels cut without care. Had two dozen assorted bagels delivered and none were cut anywhere near correctly. Mostly just a fat side and a tiny sliver for every single one. Some were cut so crooked that they fell apart in the toaster.
I got all sweet items and they all had very strong onion flavor in them. So disgusting, strawberry cream cheese and onions do not mix, I couldn't eat anything. With that amount of cross contamination I can't imagine they are very clean. I do not recommend this place unless you get savory and even then I probably wouldn't.
This store cannot get an order accurate if their life depended on it. Either we get the wrong bagel, wrong cream cheese but the biggest thing is we order NOT toasted and get a TOASTED bagel. After driving 8 miles round trip their solution is to drive back to the store in hopes of getting the correct order. We stop ordering from them for a while, then hope they've got their act together only to try them again and have another disappointment. It's not like we order a dozen items, usually 2 items and they can't get it accurate, unbelievable!
Even though there was a massive line we got through quickly. Bethany was very nice and even thanked me for waiting. She also was very complementary. Juliette was pleasant as well.
