They weren't particularly busy but had a few tables. Employees were courteous and friendly. We were third in line and we were done ordering and sitting down in under five minutes. The six cheese with the SHMEAR, the BOMB!! Some of the tables were empty but dirty still, prohibiting that fifth star. Otherwise an overall B+ experience..
I come here maybe once a month. In December I paid to pick up a drink and their machine was down. Ideally a refund would be the best option but they give you these cards to replace a beverage. For someone like me if I don't go 1 month it might be 2 months later so this isn't ideal if it has an expiration date. Today I picked up some food as well before work. My coffee felt extremely light for something I paid 5 bucks for. I opened the lid in my car while outside to find a bunch of foam and only a little above half of the cup full... what's going on? I'm always running on very short time so I don't have time to go and get it fixed. Just do better. Someone shouldn't be paying 5 bucks for coffee just to get half the size paid for.

I visited this store around noon on 1/12/22. And there is a young man working there. He is really friendly and very attentive . He reminded me if I need to slice the bagel and asked me if I want some kinds bagel which are not on the shelf . Really nice customer service!! Impressive!!!

Two weeks ago I was at Maryland pkw store I was disappointed from there customer service I have a review there what happened two days later I was contacted by the owner I guess they sent a link to have more detail storySince then never heard anything it's too disappointing that they post on their reviews that we have to contact them and then they don't get back to you again soo disappointing thank you.
First time visiting Einstein Brothers bagels. Our breakfast was tasty and the service was very friendly and welcoming. I downloaded the app to place an order ahead of time so I wouldn't have to wait. But because I had a coupon for BOGO sandwich I couldn't use the app because it does not accommodate coupons yet. No worries I went in place my order and waited. It was very busy but didn't take too long. Good location and easy access. I definitely plan on returning.
I go weekly and everything is always fresh. There is an older guy there from Jersey I think he may be the owner. He is always friendly and helpful. We drive all the way cross town to go to this Einstein bros.
I was utterly disappointed by today's visit. I ordered four simple bagel sandwiches and they messed up every single one. Last time this happened, I let it go because they were very busy. This morning, there was no one ahead of me nor anyone behind me. One of my egg sandwiches had cheese when I asked for no cheese, I asked for it to be toasted a little big darker, they burned through two bagels, and finally they didn't follow the simple instruction that I asked. I'm giving them 1 star because they got only one sandwich right. I'm very disappointed since I only get to go there once in awhile and each time has been a great experience except for the last one and today's.Have them repeat your order to you, otherwise you'll end up home with a family that couldn't eat any of it (except for the one for myself) and it had to be thrown away.
