The bagels are always pretty good, not the best but passable. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is due to the workers giving attitude and speaking to me as if I were a child. There was some eye rolling with some plain and simple questions. Not very professional. Would not return to this location but the others I have been to have been more than satisfactory.
Busy place during weekends but bagels are awesome! Love the farmhouse breakfast sandwich, chorizo sandwich here. I always go for the jalapeño cheddar as my bagel. Staff are great and prompt!A good option for filling breakfast sandwiches!Tip: Order ahead! They have good online ordering system.
Customer service was great and the bagels tasted fresh and delicious. I ate my plain bagel with cream cheese too fast to take a picture! Prices are reasonable.
Was sitting in the Panerai drive thru FOREVER and I got sick and left for here when I saw it. Good experience. Everyone was awesome as usual. Got the jalapeño bacon with schmear and it was ?
Great chain with a variety of different bagels. The food is always delicious and we love their fresh baked bagels. That’s the only reason why we keep coming back to Einstein Bagels.Because their customer service is horrible . It used to be very nice and helpful staff that worked at this location, but not anymore. The staff has changed and everything went down the hill .I love the outdoor seating patio. I would not recommend drive- thru because it moves really slow .I don’t recommend this location.

I came here yesterday for a jalapeño cheese bagel and strawberry cream cheese. After the visit, I rate this place a well deserved 5-Star. These are the reasons why. The restaurant was super clean and had a really cool vibe to it. There was plenty to choose from with all kinds of bagels. The staff were wearing masks and super friendly. I have to mention Shirli, because it’s the amazing customer service that she provides, that brings customers like me back. She gave me a complimentary bagel. It is things like this that makes loyal customers. I already told my roommates to come here. Thank you so much for the great bagel and cream cheese. See you again soon! Happy Customer, Michael
Do not waste your time - the drive through or online it is the slowest moving breakfast place I have ever been. Just make sure you have extra 30 minutes before you stop here.
We had the best morning with warm fresh bagels and the chives cream cheese. Tasted great and a good way to start our day off. Thank you Einstein bros.
I would give this place a 0 star if I could. Food is ok takes a while to get out though. Staff is ok as well. The customer service is very bad and sanitation is extremely bad! Health code violation! They don’t have soap or sanitizer so not sure how the staff is washing there hands after using the bathroom. I kindly ask the staff if they could fill it up or if I could use the sink behind the counter. I was not allowed too and didn’t even receive an apology or a sorry for not having soap and not following there own health and safety rules.
