One of them I was literally in the store when he was here and he completely started off being a jerk and told the girl she doesn't deserve to have a job. I had to step in and tell him to have some respect towards your fellow human. These people work hard here and are very KIND PEOPLE.)☆This Einstein bagels is by far the most Best I've been to because there's one also close to me on lake Mead it mean and that 1 is nowhere near as good as this one my reasons? Well the manager there the African American lady she is so awesome and genuine and her warm smile brings such a cleansing peaceful mood peaceful mood to the place she keeps her workers on part And on key with everything that needs to be done and she is such a sweetheart and yet Stern when she needs to be but it's a nice Stern. You can tell she has a kind heart and a kind soul this place is very peaceful and very loving you will love getting a bagel here and how they make their bagels is by far the best and the most professional I have ever been in my life. The warmth and love this store brings is up to parents on how customer service should be

This review is exclusively about the store in Trails Village, and does not reflect on Einstein Bros as a whole. The people who run this place are not well trained and extremely disorganized. I have gone there three times and each time they either don't prepare the order correctly or it takes entirely too long. Today I waited 30 minutes to get a sandwich. There were only two other people in front. I will never go to this store again, I've learned my lesson

Lousy Establishment with poor lack communication skills. that I had be upfront, asking my recent submission “ I wasn’t should’ be more direct”!! accuse of me of lying, threatening & hostile choice of words. Made up certain story. , don’t apply Manager doesn’t have any training; yet ever. equal amount don’t meet her certified requirements because doesn’t handle questions very well.. turns away the answer like it’s a joke just forgets makes big argument out of it. Wasn’t very respectful on the phone, just plain blank doesn’t handle very well
Best bagel and good space always I feel good
Staff are rude and inconsiderate. I waited over a half hour for an order ahead bagel that staff never brought out for pickup. When I complained about the wait, the manager shrugged and walked away. Don't waste your time at this location.
This morning we ordered some sandwiches and bagels and they ran out of the jalapeño bacon bagel. So upset that after waiting for our food they couldn't fill our order unless we chose a different cheaper bagel, we returned the loose bagel order. However, the manager was so nice. She apologized and refunded the entire order, gave us a free sandwich the next time we would come in, and gave us the rest of our order for free. She went above and beyond. You could tell that she really wanted us to come back in the future and we will. That manager should get a promotion. I wish all customer service was like that.
