i love einsteins bagels fresh baked. all the locations are not that great but i go out of the way to come to this location - staff are nice and friendly and the food and coffee the best
Paid for extra egg on the bagel and got home, there was no extra egg. My fault for not checking before I left the place. It was rush time and just seemed place under staff, but I could be wrong.
First time at this location. Ordered decaf. Sorry we’re out. Noooo I complained to corporate and their answer was, we don’t serve decaf at this location. Hello you’re a chain. Chains should be consistent. It’s like going to a McDonalds and not being able to get a Big Mac! At 9:30 am everything had to be replenished. Ice, coffee, half and half. My friend walked up to order something else and he waited and waited and waited while there were 3 able bodied people behind the counter doing other things. Hello! Customer should be taken care of first! We probably will not come back to this location. Apparently Einsteins really doesn’t give a you know what judging from their sad response to me via an email.
FRENCH TOAST BAGEL! That's what I come here for, it's sooooo delicious. The service was fast, despite it being busy. What's hits the spot for breakfast is that savory french toast bagel with almond butter spread. I recommend that for anyone !!
We often go to Einstein bagels on So.Rainbow either Friday or Saturday. These employees are very nice, pleasant and always greet you with a smile. We don't order online but our breakfast is done no longer than 10 minutes. Coffee also very fresh and clean area. Thank you Einstein staff for your great courtesy.
I like this place because the bagels are good and it is close to work. However, today like other days the wait is insane. I waited a total of 28 minutes for one bagel and cream cheese. I even tried calling in one time and still waited 17 minutes for a pre-ordered bagel. The staff is nice but you guys need wayyyyyyy more staff and defines roles. Please DO BETTER
I had a curbside pickup. Couldn't figure out how to check in when I got there so I went in. I stood at the counter for 10 mins before I leaned my entire body over the counter to then finally get greeted. By the time I got home which was 5 mins from the location, the food was soggy and disgusting. I'll be deleting the app and not coming back. Complete waste of $22.50 and gas and morning.
Stopped in here one recent morning, to get a toasted bagel with schmear and use my laptop to take care of some business. The woman who was running the cash register was less than friendly, while taking my money. I went to get set up at a table. Thankfully I had some wet wipes with me as they were all dirty. I mean, they had crumbs, etc. on them, forget about being sanitized. A few minutes later, the same woman brought my order. I took it from her and said "thank you." All I got in response was a dirty look, no "you're welcome" or anything. Blah.
Only come to this location if you're okay with being treated like trash and waiting an extra 20 minutes for a single untoasted bagel with cream cheese. Truly the most pathetic group of workers i have ever seen. A restaurant full of people and no hustle. Biggest complaint is the heavy set Hispanic woman: she has a TERRIBLE attitude. Someone came up to ask about their order, she didn't even ask their name just said "IT ISN'T READY" then turned away. Customers were waiting to be helped but she nonchalantly walked over to get herself a coffee. Another customer came up to speak to her, and she very curtly and rudely stated that this woman "cut the whole line" even though there was only 1 man in front of her, who ended up not even being in line. After waiting like 25 minutes for an untoasted bagel, I can't believe I even said "thank you" and all I got was a cold blank stare. No organization in this restaurant and tons of unhappy customers all around me. There's a reason why this location is rated so much lower than the others in Vegas. I already reached out to management 2 weeks ago about the same issue and they obviously don't care. They literally only get the 2 stars for my bagel being fresh, and that's the BARE MINIMUM. That heavy Hispanic lady needs a new job, she's unprofessional.
The store was very clean but I recommend ordering ahead of time unless you have 15+ mins to wait after you have ordered. The staff was polite who made the food the other half were still asleep and not attentive to customers. Food and coffee were amazing though
