Having worked for Einstein before I know how these places SHOULD be run. This ain’t it. Order here sign is apparently only for looks because the staff continuously told customers to go to the pay sign to order. Online orders were not correct, the line was forever long and the cashier was filling orders with a crusty bandaid on and no gloves. To say disgusting is an understatement.
Dirtiest Einstein's I've ever been to! The "pay here" sign is so dusty that a clump of dust bunnies can fall on your head, the drink case's fan area was dusty, all in all it just wasnt clean. A man came in with his dog and the cashier went over and pet the dog with his bare hand and then went and got the dog the two pretzels snacks for dogs that were ordered, then he went and got a bagel for the dog's owner, all without washing his hands and my son is allergic to dogs. Wonder how many other people that has happened to. The staff was nice tho'.

Bad place to eat, I had to wait too long to have my food ready, too expensive for such a very small sandwich. Place is not clean and not organized. Will not go back to this location ever.

Arrived just before 8 am with only one person waiting at order pick up. Three associates behind the counter. 10 minutes standing at the counter, No greeting, Zero eye contact, zero interaction.Another customer walks in he adjust a table to accommodate his seating preference, walks up behind me, Associate acknowledges him and states she will get his regular order ready. I never got help and walked out.Again,

The worst service. I don’t know about the quality of the food. Employees didn’t even bother acknowledging my wife and I when we were just waiting while they ignored us. We left. The place is a mess anyways. Just go to the Blue Diamond location, it’s much better there…
We are in Vegas visiting family. We order a dozen of bagels, some sweet treats plus coffee, we didn’t get our cream cheese even though we paid for it, got some of the items wrong on our ordered. I’m a loyal customer, the people who help us was nice. Just need a little more attention.
