The products are keep getting smaller and the price goes up will shop at other bagel places
Fresh and good bagles. Had a good deal for 6 bagles. Friendly staff and clean store.
I am back to the other Einstein Bros Bagels nearby Decatur and W Sahara. They do better service than this location. Horrible service!

Visit this location 3 or 4 times a week. Never have a bad experience. My order has always been quick and accurate. Nice location for me. I just wish they were opened 24 hours a day!
These guys went above and beyond and called another store to see if they had more everything bagels for me! I wish I got the lady's name who did it. ❤️ Thanks again!
I seldom leave a bad review however, after today's 11/10/21 experience I just had to. This was our first time coming to Einstein Bros and unfortunately a staff member named Sandra was very unwelcoming and rude.We went up to cashier to order their Brunch Box and thought we could replace the plain shmear that comes with it with a honey almond one. Sandra, immediately told us that we cant change anything in the box and it comes as is and that's okay. However, her tone as she was saying that was quite rude and the fact that she said it multiple times like it was something we can't comprehend was disrespectful. We preceded to tell her if we could order it separately instead and she said that they no longer have the honey almond and that it was a seasonal flavor. Anyway, before wrapping up our order I noticed they had plenty of honey almond shmear by the other register, so of course i mentioned it. We still ended up getting the Honey Almond shmear but she was not very happy about because i overheard her telling the other lady cashier that they do not have it anymore when they indeed have plenty more up front.But through all this, the gentleman taking the orders and the other cashier lady were pretty nice and are the reason i even gave 2 stars.
great breakfast bagels with orange juice coffee was good too.
