Best location in town. Guy working the register this morning June 8, 2022 was greeting regular customers by name as they walked in. This was my first time here and he remembered my name as I was walking out. It is clear that the entire staff enjoy their job and proudly take care of their customers. This one is a bit out-of-the-way for me but I’ll make the drive for the stellar customer service.

All the employees were very pleasant. The restaurant was clean and had an employee cleaning as people left. I had my two kids with my and they were nice enough to bring my food to the table so I didn’t have to get back up. Music was nice and soothing. Nice place to come especially with all the craziness on the Las Vegas strip

Went there with my family of six. Bagels and coffee were great. Chai latte could be better. It felt like they were very busy but not enough staff. This is because we asked specifically for well toasted bagels but they were barely toasted. Great place to go for breakfast especially you enjoy watching planes land.

Great bagels. Good selection. Had to wait 20 mins for a plain bagel with cream cheese. They were fairly busy. But seems a little unorganized. Otherwise would give 5 stars.

Ate here for breakfast on vacation. Tasty bagels, had the farmhouse and my wife had the bacon avocado bagel. The iced coffee is good, not too sweet. The person at the register was nice. Would go back.

*Doordash delivery review* Unfortunately this location has some issues. Arrived at store for a pickup order was initially ignored, finally received attention from an employee. As the employee was working on the order another employee told him don't worry about Doordash and had them do something else. After a twenty minute wait I unassigned the delivery because the negative rating for delivery time would reflect on me not the store. Hopefully they can get some well trained staff in this location soon.

Yummy food! A bit pricey for a single bagel with spread

The bagels were really good, unfortunately, there was a total break down on the line, long wait for food, staff were kind even during the craziness

There's 2 other close Einstein bagels, I would suggest going to one of those. The staff was rude and allowed customers who walked in after us to skip us in line because they were impatient. They had not ordered online and ended up stopping staff who were cooking to tend to them ultimately slowing down everyone's meals. Would not recommend or go back

Good service but not much of a menu. No chicken sandwich blasphemy!
