First time here. I asked the old lady cashier whats that item called of the image you guys had on your menu and she responded with, "I don't know, the menu is right there." With a little bit of attitude, I understand you might not know everything, but she could have at least asked for help and solved the solution for me. Long story short I ended up getting the wrong item, went home and searched and found it. I suggest that she goes over the steps of customer service again and find a solution for the customer.
Made a delivery to this location. They were very rude to me.02/03/22 Update: I went in today to ask for change for a $20. I walk in and they tell me "no you need to get out of here" before I even get to ask. Not sure what set them off, maybe they mistook me for someone else? Only been here once before for a delivery and barely spoke to them, but they were very rude to me.
Today was my 1st time trying Einstein Bros Bagel s. They offer a free coffee when you order via the app. The bagels were very tasty and I really enjoyed my free cup of good quality coffee(best coffee I've had in a while)

This location has done superior job, unlike other Iocations in the area. Coffee is always hot. Although this location is a bit further, I'll make the drive, it's worth it.
