Great chain with a variety of different bagels. The food is always delicious and we love their fresh baked bagels. They have a huge variety of bagels and sandwiches and coffee too.The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They always treat me with kindness and thoughtfulness. They do offer some discounts and rewards if you download their app .I love the outdoor seating patio.Definitely recommend it and will be back.
The order taker didn't care to make my order correct. It was correct to what she decided to put in the system. Huge einsteins but thr dining areas inside and out are closed. :(
Absolutely disgusting! I hardly ever post reviews but I had to on this one, first of all you cannot eat inside so the only option is to eat in the patio section which is filthy! The counter was filthy no sugar no milk the honey was stuck on the bottom to the counter, all this while 4 employees are just standing around!This was on February 4th at 10 am the cafe was not busy.

The bagels are okay but the sandwiches are garbage. No one knows how to use a knife in this place. My sandwich was a complete mess.
They didn't take my name down, screwed up the order and made me wait for 20 minutes. One lady said she'll check on the order and she didn't, finally one well mannered employee checked again and I got my order. Meanwhile one employee/dude screamed at a customer as well..avoid at all costs
Service excellence was are good. I actually have something traumatic going on in my life and Beyond the bagels the staff was so compassionate and kind. Kudos kudos!
Was the worst organized coffee place. Coffee was not made and the place was real dirty.
Love Einstein's Bagels! Came here at 5 in the morning for Nova Lox, cinnamon bagel and a coffee shake and it was delicious! Workers were super nice and it took like 4 minutes. This location always has the best team and atmosphere. Highly recommend?
i ordered the bagel with egg whites tomatoe avocado it was terrible egg wasn't cooked the bacon was not cooked and old it was super messy tomatoe was old just terrivle not just that the place itself was dirty countertops where full and all unorganized the bathroom was super dirty this is the store on sahara and decatur
