We just finished eating at EggWorks Flamingo. My husband had The Works skillet. There was enough in there for two meals and very delicious!! I had 2 eggs with bacon..was perfect. We were there at the end of their day but you would never know. Smiles all around. Our server Nick was excellent, great service. AND they give a military discount. We highly recommend eating here.
Yesterday morning (Saturday), my mom and I visited Egg Works on Flamingo near Fort Apache for breakfast. We had a Groupon worth $20 for which we paid $13 and when we walked in at 7.30am, the restaurant was about half full.We each ordered coffee, which came in a large pot. I also asked for a to go coffee when I left, which they were happy to oblige. For food, I ordered the original breakfast burrito, including eggs, bacon, onions, peppers and a delicious salsa. Each entrée comes with Egg Works special home fried potatoes which include paprika and other Mexican-style spices.Egg Works is also known for their banana nut muffins, which are served warm and are sweet and delicious. There are also burgers and other lunch items on the menu as well - the menu itself consists of six or seven pages of selections.Egg Works has an outdoor patio which is dog-friendly.Egg Works does a significant amount of take out business as well, and there is plenty of free parking in the shopping center where the restaurant is located.
I’m visiting from Texas and this place is the Truth!!!! Amazing service and food…but that banana nut bread….yummmmm!!!
The food was amazing and our server was awesome
Love absolutely love this place for breakfast. They make a great omelet and potatoes. I would not buy the cream cheese again for the $2.50 they charge which is CRAZY. Other than that is the place to go.
always great service people with smile on their faces make you feel like home.plus a great food. never tired of going back to back. every time we go las vegas.

Unfortunately not Vegan friendly. Even the bean soup has bacon in it. :/
Best breakfast place! The food is amazing and the service is even better. Really great people who work here. They treated us like family and were extremely accommodating for a big family brunch.
I stopped in here to support a somewhat local breakfast place. I made one mistake, and that was to order a la carte exactly what I wanted. It turned out to be a pricey mistake but the food was well prepared, tasty and hot. All the things you expect from a professional breakfast restaurant. The staff are really good and very efficient. Overall I really liked the breakfast, but ended up with way more on my plate than I actually wanted. Next time will be different lol.
