Great place to eat a nice hot sandwich. Good flavor, variety of sandwiches and friendly place.
Left home to go here, got there pulling on the door at 6:55 pm and they were closing up and couldn't make a sandwich. If you say you're open until 7pm, don't waste people's gas and close early. People were still eating and Downtown Summerlin was packed... why would you NOT make someone a sandwich? Thank GOD you saved me from getting Covid and dying... with your safe new Covid closing time of 6:50pm...And what a passive aggressive and inappropriate response to a customer. Your restaurant was half full, my daughter and I were there 5 minutes before closing, and you refused to serve us. "You'll check your clocks, and you have policies... bunch of deflection." You're unprofessional whomever responded to this." Here we go again with these gas prices. The internet says open until 7pm and the door says 9pm. We drive across town again because my daughter wants their turkey sandwich and they close at 6pm. A worker says the new owner is trying to make adjustments. You'd think I would have learned last time. FIX YOUR HOURS ON THE INTERNET SO PEOPLE DON'T WASTE THEIR TIME AND GAS MONEY!!!!
Went to this location yesterday around 7 PM. Was going to eat inside because it was too hot outside, I ordered my food, sat down and noticed it was more hot inside than it was outside. I asked an employee why it was so hot, they said the air conditioner was out and that there was no AC for about a week. I have no clue how the owners can let their employees work in that heat. Other than that, the service was great and my food was delicious.
Service was fast. I liked the soups better than the sandwiches. I liked that they used whole green leaf lettuce instead of iceberg lettuce. I had to try Earl of Sandwich since it’s not in my neck of the woods. Don’t know if I would try it again. It’s better than Subway, but not memorable.
Disappointed. Heard this place was very good. Ordered chipotle chicken sandwich. Chicken was rubbery and weird looking. Was lucky to get a small sliver of avocado.
Does not have HP sauce. What in the Great Britain is EOS without HP sauce. Was told they don't order it because not enough people req it. I'm pretty sure it's a requirement but, sure.
I love the French dip and the 1862! Great value on all sandwhiches
Ham & Swiss toasted sandwich was good. Be sure to tell them you want veggies/lettuce and tomatoes, etc. Otherwise, the just give the meat & cheese. Overall, pretty good sandwiches! One thing to note - the pregnant cashier does everything to not honor any coupons presented. I had a $5 off coupon and at first, she said it was expired but I pointed out the date and she reluctantly said "fine then". Afterwards, she only gave me $2 off, rather than the $5...I didn't have the time to sit around and argue so I just left. But that was just bad Bad BAD customer service. I haven't gone back and neither have any of my coworkers that work in the mall.
They took the French dip off. Says it's popular here too on there menue. My favorite thing I enjoyed eating here. Falsely advertised.
