Highly recommend spoiling yourself at é by José Andrés. A feast and a performance!
The food is so freaking good! Taco abs noodles!!
We were looking for great food for our first trip to Vegas and this was exceptional. The presentation and service was so thoughtful. In our seating, there were multiple dietary restrictions that were dealt with well. My husband doesn't drink and they offered to create some incredible NA beverages during the evening, and they subbed out the alcoholic components in some of the courses themselves. The food was so interesting, flavorful, and fun. We had the 8:30 seating but didn't get into the room until 9 or so (they seat you otuside presumably while the first seating is finishing) and were there for about 3 hours after that. I did the Spanish wine tasting and it was very nice and spaced out to match a few courses per pour (7 total).
Delicious! Such a unique experience for foodies! We absolutely loved our meal!
One of my favorite places on the strip! If you have not dined at é by José Andrés you need too.
This is an experience! I've done it twice now. It's definitely for the foodie who enjoys molecular gastronomy and a show. The staff is fantastic. One suggestion: carefully consider the wine pairing. There are three levels/choices. On our first visit we chose the middle tier. We were very happy with that choice. For my second visit I took a friend who likes wine but is not a wine enthusiast as I am. (Live in CA wine country.) So for her I chose the level 1 tier and for myself the level 3 (for a steep price). Of course we shared the pairings. There were a few selections in her pairings that I did not care for. But there were some I preferred over mine. I did not think the price of my wine pairing was worth it. Just my opinion.
Don't pass by without stopping in!! Hands down the best dining experience at the Cosmo. We came in on a mission to hit happy hour at 4 restaurants in a two hour window. They knew the assignment upon our arrival and delivered fast yet superb service! The ladies up front were incredible, so nice, seated us immediately! Mr Romello, omg this young man didn't disappoint, made sure empty plates were cleared and waters kept full, he was on it!! Our waitress was equally incredible. Ordered 6 bites from the happy hour menu and each one was phenomenal! The people working here are so easy going and welcoming, hard to find in these higher end restaurants but man they delivered in all aspects! Great experience! And for those of you still reading this review, hands down #1 best happy hour of all the other 3 restaurants we went to. STK? naaaa, walk over to Jaleo instead, you won't regret it!
Place to get a quick bite and a drink. The food was very good. I enjoyed the Croquetas De Pollo and the Garlic shrimp. The cocktail was good as well. The staff is very nice.
I went to several Jose Andrés’s restaurants across the country and each one of them is outstanding in my opinion. Jaleo is fantastic. Just love the concept of tapas, and every single one of them was amazing. José’s passion and love of food is in every little bite. There were 6 of us, so we tried almost everything on the menu. Priced very reasonably for a celebrity chef restaurant. Must try dishes - Endive leaves filled with goat cheese, almonds and oranges; sliced apple and fennel salad; salmon tartare cone; squid ink and octopus paella; sautéed mushrooms with an egg; and every single dessert. Everything was to die for and we can not wait to go back.
The most unique dining experience I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. Worth every dollar. Spanish wine tasting paired amazingly well with the dishes they were paired with. They take reservations three months in advance, and they go fast. You must pay in advance. Dishes are not for those unwilling to try new things. Almost medium rare steak, caviar, foie Gras, and other bold flavors. If you are are not open to new and bold flavors and ingredients that may take you out of your comfort zone, you are better off visiting one of the many other restaurants in Vegas. 2 people and Spanish wine tasting ~$1300.
