The best experience!! Everyone there is always so sweet they seem very genuine, have a big smile and are very happy! They bring the drink out to your car -extra Stevia no problem and their iced latte with oat milk is the best ever! I’m addicted!
I’ve always had a great customer experience & and great quality coffee at Dutch Bros but just a 4 star because the Barista(Broista) took our order incorrectly. Which was cool no worries but that seemed to bother her and that she had to remake it. The quality of my Large Iced coffee seemed off to the usual awesome coffee Dutch Bros has. I hope service doesn’t deteriorate as they grow.
Dutch Bros always has amazing customer service at every location. This location is no different always looking to make your morning better before work. I go with the Rebel and it taste amazing and consistent every morning!??
They have excellent coffee and friendly employees. The only downside to this location is that they won't let you turn into the drive thru from either direction so you can't enter coming from the gas station. You have to go back to the street and sometimes this backs the line into the road.
I went thru the drive thru Wednesday morning like I do everyday to get my coffee for work. The young woman that took my order was amazing. She started off by asking me how I was doing. Unknown to her, I am a fourth grade teacher. I had been crying most of the morning... it was my last day with my class. The news of a fourth grade class being murdered just was too close to home. I also have a grand daughter in the fourth grade. When I looked at her and told her I was shook...and explained... you could feel the empathy from her. She just let me cry for a moment. I wish I knew her name. That morning it wasn't just about coffee and great service...it was about human kindness. I just wanted to tell you how amazing that felt and how wonderful she was..
The parking lot is tiny. The drive thru line is often so long it goes into the street. Still worth it. It's the best chain coffee in Vegas.
I am one of those people who looks for genuinely great tasting things and then I literally become a dedicated customer. I've found that Dutch Bros Coffee ☕ is consistent in the process at almost every single location, almost!! Sometimes you will find one that is just slammed with customers and your drink isn't going to be what you ordered or, just what you expected. This morning was that morning and I was just completely disappointed because instead of coffee and the taste of Irish cream, I got a half a cup of foam with the diluted taste of warm milk and the faint taste of coffee.. Now, having to go back would just be a headache at this point but the only suggestion for everyone is to " check your order real quick before you leave!"
Dutch Bros. is phenomenal! There are essentially endless possibilities on what you can order, and I've never had a drink that made me feel disappointed. You've gotta be sure to download the app to earn points, as well as swing by every 1st of the month (and other days) where they give away free stickers on a first-come first-serve basis.My only issue is common across every location I've been to; "Would you like to leave a tip?" I personally just don't like being asked to do so even though I choose to do so on most visits. I understand why the employees want tips, but the practice of asking for the tips just feels a little too pushy.
Love the drinks but the baristas make the experience. It seems like everyone has fun. TRY THE NEW DAYDREAM FLAVOR. Try it in green tea with a raspberry drizzle and soft top.
Good drinks, quick service once your order is in. Often very busy though, so waiting in line may take awhile if you go during peak times. May order at window though or drive through.
