I've never had a bad experience here and complaining isn't really my thing but I bought 2 green teas and I didn't want ice in one of the drinks it was for someone else so they give me half of the cup filled with tea because the other part of the cup is filled up with ice which takes over the drink. As a paying customer I don't appreciate my service. So basically she told me I had to pay additional to make the cup a full cup of tea but I have paid for two larges I did not want ice in one the drinks because it was for someone else. I explained it to her 5 times but it was still the same answer with her as I was explaining it to her she also "claimed she couldn't hear me". When you spend your money you should get your food or drink the way you want it and also I had to downgrade my cup to make the cup be filled with tea.
Its a great place!!! First of all the guy Trevor was awesome, even under the heat of the sun he was really kind enough to take care of everyone in the line together with his coworker (didnt get her name). He hooked me up with that new annd really refreshing drink! 10 outa 10 would come back again!
service is good but coffee is burnt tasting 50% of the time. line is long but moves faster than expected, in my opinion. just wish coffee was consistently brewed well.
Always stop here to get the greatest coffee the stuff is always great at making our drinks!! Always stop at this location!
Lines are a little long at time but that just goes to show how good of a coffee shop it is. Probably the best coffee shop chain I've ever been to hand down. If you are in Las Vegas try and find one of these.
Not really sure why this place is in business. The word Coffee is literally in their title yet they can’t actually give up a cup of coffee? I asked for a cup of black coffee and was told they don’t have that there… good luck to anyone who gets “coffee” from here. Who knows what you are drinking since they don’t have coffee.
It's never taken me less than 20 min to get through this stand. Their drive thru line makes zero sense. It starts at one side of the stand then breaks across Lee's Liquor and picks up again around another set of parking spaces, however most people don't read the signs and if you do what you're supposed to for the line you'll get skipped. Additionally, this is an incredibly unsafe stand. The staff stand in between cars as they guide you closer to the car infront of you. Having spent most of my career in construction, adhering to OSHA and several safety guidelines and standards I was HORRIFIED to learn DB management requires their staff to do this. A slip of the foot from a patron and the employee could be paralyzed or worse. In a city this sue happy I'm shocked they'd leave themselves open to such a major safety issue. Coffee and drinks are great though.
Asked for a hot 9-11, got a room temperature 9-11. First time I had problems here. Hopefully the last.Okay stopped by again for a hot 9-11. Well I guess that it was hot should be enough. But please correct me if I’m wrong here. Isn’t sweetener put into the 9-11 as part of the drink? I only ask because there was none in my 9-11. Anyway I got charged a dollar for my drink. And left 9 dollars in the tip jar.Long story short I will NEVER drink Dutch Bros coffee again. I go to the the gas station from now on.
Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Never had one bad visit. The drinks are delicious large and reasonably priced.
I love their coffee. I stopped going to Starbucks after my wife brought me here. Same price, but you get more for your money. Pay attention Starbucks.
