I ordered caramel macchiato and she gave me just milk with not even any coffee in it. I asked before I left and she said it is. It's just mixed up. I went back and wasted my time. Going to Starbucks and hey consistency

It was the worst Dunkin' donuts i've ever had. It was very dirty and gross, halfway through my drink I had to run to the bathroom. Would not recommend this location at all.

The front desk fat woman with the glasses is not respectful at all. I love Dunkin every where in too many countries , but at this store I hate it. I think Dunkin should have a look again about this employee beacuse Vegas is Tourist city ????

I showed up at 5 am to buy a dozen donuts and it was not open. I saw someone in there but door was locked. I waited 5 min in drive thru, no response. At least post a sign or something. I wish there was a Winchells near by

RUDE, my order was correct but jeez, the attitude, from placing the order to picking it up...perfect example of people who hate their jobs and a short staff.

Our first Dunkin Donut! We don't have in Maui! It was sooo delicious ? I've been craving it for sooo loooong!!!

Waited over 25 mins for a bagel and then when I went to ask, they said we don’t have bagel would you like to get something else? I couldn’t be more disappointed. Never again

Ordered 4 donuts. Two chocolate ones were fine, not great. The jelly donuts were awful. They left out the jelly and it was like eating a doughy piece of undercooked donut. I hope they remember to put jelly in your donut. I don’t think I’d go back to this particular location. I’d rather eat next door at Roberto’s (love Roberto’s).

This coffee place is amazing. The first time I came was early in the morning some days ago and their drive up was opened. Saved my life because I need coffee just waking up. I can say their parking lot is spacious and capable of handling many cars. This place is close to the airport and very convenient for those that just arrived from a hefty flight. The restrooms are clean and for paying customers only. It has access for people with disabilities. Their staff is friendly and young for the most part. I asked for a recommendation this morning and with a smile the cashier advised me on the midnight coffee. They only have donuts and coffee products for the most part from what I can observe. They have couches.

Just like every other Dunkin its all the same. They were out of some donuts and the service did take some extra time, however they were super packed so it wasn't surprising. The staff was awesome and on point with the chaos.
