Only called in for a coffee but the coffee was good and the young lady who served me was nice enough. Nothing much else to say really. No complaints
Just ordered a large hot black coffee. By the time I could sip it I wAs 7 or 10 minutes walking back to my hotel off 8th street I was very disgusted and upset. The coffee was BURNT AND VERY OLD! The number on your website isn’t a working number. A $5 coffee that is burnt and old is very disappointing. I can’t even get in touch with y’all. Plus I was given now receipt!
Used to get my coffee every morning at work from them. Had the app; so I order online and 3 times they botched my orders in the last couple purchases. Paid extra for cold foam… nowhere in sight. Paid extra for white cheddar… they gave me regular nasty rubber cheese. Ordered my free drink (not free, we know nothings free and the high prices have paid for my “free” drink and they give me a coffee missing about a quarter of it. Who wants to pay almost 10 dollars for mediocre food and pay for cheap coffee and have them botch the order? Reached out on social media and these guys are busy trying to be funny with their replies to randoms. Go to Mickey D’s and spend less.
There new location on Lake Mead really sucks gone there 3 times and there coffee was terrible. I don't think there workers got trained there so confused. My son order a strawberry coconut refresher first time they fill the cup with ice and was only able to have 5 sips. Second time I asked light ice so they put so much water and didn't add the strawberry tasted just like water with some light coconut . I didn't want to be mean and was in drive thru so chose not to go back.. pleazzzz give them the proper training. Still not going back. I'll stick with Starbucks and Dutch Bros.
Dunkin is the best thing about the freemont casino. Except the 3 dollar Heinekens. Get that coffee(black). Get that Choco. Get that "daily racing form"... Sip, bite, read...... Sip, bite, read... Rinse and repeat. Make the play. Make that bet. With Dunkin' on your side no need to fret. I heard valentine has a really good vet. Can do. Can do. That donut sure can do. Can do... Can do. I ain't met one that was better yet..... I have no regret.
If you like hot black coffee, this is your place. Donuts are good, but not exceptional. Friendly staff.
I've been getting my morning coffee here for months and usually do a mobile order. I got there today as they were making my coffee and saw they were making it incorrectly. When I pointed it out, the woman working there and the manager on duty both told me, "Well, that's how the order came in." Ok, and? I'll grant the order may have come in incorrectly through the app but at no point did they offer to remake my order and there attitude was "Hey, not my fault. How much would it really cost them to pour me another cup of overpriced brown water? That's really bad customer service. I did call the number listed on the app and Dunkin did refund my money. But I won't be spending my money at this location ever again.
If your up early a need some breakfast this is the place I recommend! Need a coffee this is the place I recommend. No coffee machines in the rooms at the Golden Nugget this is the place I recommend. Other restaurants not really well staffed in the morning (McDonald's) so no wait outside of just the line. Donuts we're fresh and staff friendly! Milk is lactose free fyi if that's not your thing.
The staff was as friendly as the long doughnut was sweet. Highly recommend this place for a drink or quick treat
