This is an ok Dunkin. Sometimes the drinks are good, but other times they are terrible. I have found grounds in my coffee a few times a week. I feel like I flip a coin every time I order certain types of drinks.
At the order board I was greeted by an automated “We are closed”, the store was open. I waited and the girl taking my order could barely be heard. I was told to wait. After 4 minutes she returned. It took 3 attempts before my order was placed. I arrived at the window to find out my omelette bites order was not placed. I placed it and after another 5 minutes she told me to drive around the front and wait. After waiting 10 minutes I went into the store. I could hear raised voices. Waited 3 minutes and no one came out so I called out 4 times and a woman came out and identified herself as the manager. She went to the back then told me the order girl had not told anyone about my order or my waiting out front. I took my egg bites cold as I was already late for work. The manager never made any compensation for my 25 minutes wasted at this location waiting for a simple order. I got to work to find out my drink was missing cream and sugar. What the heck!!!!
Let me tell you about my Sunday morning. I wake up and decide I would like to go and get coffee. I arrived to Dunkin to find a drive thru line that is so long it's caused a traffic jam. This small parking lot is not made to have a line. While I'm waiting in this atrocious line there is a homeless man going car to car asking for money. The sad part, is not once can this location ever make a simple coffee correctly. You could come here and order the same coffee everyday and it will NEVER taste the same. There is no quality or control. The manager thinks it's a good idea to put little highschool children working the drive thru window. These little kids have zero common sense or compassion for those who are clearly annoyed at the experience they are receiving. If you go to a Dunkin in another state or even another part of town... It's a night and day difference. I don't blame Dunkin. I blame this franchise for being disgusting and unprofessional. it's okay though if your coffee was as terrible as mine, just complain in the dunkin app you'll be refunded!!!!!!!! **DUNKIN CORPORATE PLEASE SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN OR PLEASE GET THEM SOME TRAINING!!!!! I'm pretty sure circle K has better coffee or customer service and that's not a compliment!!! Any of the good reviews on this location are clearly fake and written by employees. You guys are not fooling anybody.
The do nuts are delicious but there is a little confusion from the employees especially the drive through they need to step it up a little and get the orders filled fast and efficient!!!
I'm originally from NJ and that said DD has always been the place to go! Except for maybe your fav mom or pop place. That said. DD is starting to lose me. They never get my iced mocha latte the way I want it. I'm always passing it to the hubby because I won't drink it. It's good 1 of every 4 times or so. Plus now I hear that not all of DD's donuts are made fresh but trucked in! What?! My older sis's 1st job was making all of DD's donuts, fresh! I understand that times have changed but this is what DD was known for. Time to make the donuts! Anyone out there remeber that? If not, check youtube and you'll see it there if your interested. So with all this in mind, they need to retrain to get the drinks right or lose business! And as far as donuts are concerned, please consider this approach again. I would hate to see your doors close one day...?
You got to love Dunkin Donuts their croissant with sausage and cheese is an egg is so good one thing though that bothered me today there is such a sweet girl at the front window working her tail off I try to give her a $3 tip and she said no I can't take that. This is so so wrong these kids work very hard for the customer they should be allowed to take tips please change this
35 minutes in the drive thru, I saw multiple people hand orders back that weren't correct. I finally get to the window and they recite back to me an incorrect order so I say nope sorry that's not what I ordered and stated my order. Cashier stares at the screen and asks what I ordered so I repeat myself, she wanders off for a couple minutes and returns to ask my order again and mumbles something about having to input the order. After asking a 3rd and 4th time what my order was she returns with one of the 2 drinks I ordered a few minutes later the second cup arrives. Employee was polite and the drink I finally received wasn't awful so it was worthy of a second star. Don't visit this location unless you've got no other plans for your day and like waiting in a drive thru.
Very busy. Donuts and coffee were great. Nice staff. Too busy for staff to even clean tables between guests while we were here and tables were dirty. They are hiring. There is a drive through or walk in
First drive thru experience. Only can say was marvelous perfect iced coffee and hot chocolate. Hash browns best than Micky D's bk the best. Fast courteous attendant verified order when paying and had us check for accurate order. Definitely will start using their service instead of my regular. Kudos Dunkin and your employees our outstanding.
Everyone is so nice even with the long lines...my iced caramel macchiato was perfect!!! I visit this location often!
