The customer service was not that great, we called and asked if we could pick up one hour before pick up time. No big deal if we couldn’t but we were in the area. The person that answered was rude. The cake was really expensive for what we received. We asked for writing on the front of cake, and they just wrote on the bottom cake cardboard tray. The piping on top and bottom looked like an inexperienced person did it. Was expecting at least bigger swirls. We asked for cotton candy inside and it was plain vanilla, and it was think and so dense. The only good thing was the cupcakes we bought but they were expensive. Do you’re research first.I added the chocolate pieces on top because it was melted before we got home 10 minutes away.
Customer service was a 5. Cute cupcakes but it was a bit on the dry side. The frosting to cupcake ratio was too much. Too sweet for me but that's just my personal taste. Tried all the flavors of macaroons my favorite is the pistachio. I would definitely go back and give the other desserts a try.
This review is for the tres leches. I found it! I found the perfect one. So milky, not so sweet. Just 100% goodness. My whole family approves. Can't wait to order a full-size cake for an occasion.
Tori and her team made a magnificent American spirit cake filled with strawberry and cream and vanilla buttercream fondant. The cake was as delicious as beautiful And we almost felt guilty to cut such a piece of art! I highly recommend that place if you are looking for the best custom cake in Las Vegas!

I rarely share reviews however I LOVED this bakery and even when friends would say since new ownership it’s not as good I stuck with it. The customer service is ZERO nowadays and should have zero stars. Under no circumstance would I return. I ordered a birthday cake well in advance ( no one assists over the phone you have to do everything online which would be okay if they kept up on their email) to be told two days prior sorry we won’t be able to do it. Beyond disappointed two thumbs down ?? ??
Before I found DSB I would go to other bakeries in town which were all so mediocre compared to drago sisters! I would either be waiting in line for a pre made cake because the bakeries didn’t have time to make a custom one even if called 3 weeks an advance, the most basic of cakes or were so expensive. Freeds bakery was the perfect example of this. my experiences there were horrible!Now, Look at these incredible cakes from drago sisters! I have had them do almost every event since finding them, including my high school reunion they made over 150 cupcakes.Next they did a friends gender reveal cake, she filled inside w/ pink sprinkles, pink candy bows & sugars, when you cut into the cake they all fell out which I thought was super cute!My aunt got my bday cake through them & it was the talk of the party, the top said “talk thirty to me” which I thought was so clever & cute, the cake not only looked like something out a magazine, but tasted incredible!Lastly was my BFs daughters sweet 16, litterally had about 20-30 choices of cake/frostings/fillings, every person at the party said “wow this cake is great where did you get it”. So not only do their cakes look stunning but the taste is 100% on point! You don’t have to waiver anything w/ this bakery. She confirmed w/ me day before and even worked w/ my schedule on pick up as I was not able to get there until after 5pm. When she opened the box to show me I was just floored! My jaw dropped! I couldn’t have asked for more!

We were recommended to use Drago Sisters from a friend and we are so glad we did. The cake looked beautiful, tasted excellent and was ready before the scheduled pick up time which was convenient for our schedule. Highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a great cake experience.
