Good food and good customer service. I recommend this place.Pho: 8.5/10. Pho was good but nothing special. The meat portion was maybe the best I've had anywhere and the beef brisket was the best I've ever had. Broth was slightly above average.Giant Bone Plate: 9.5/10. Best item from the menu and I highly recommend. Only reason I didn't give it a 10 was due the the center bone marrow still being cold from the fridge. Also for some reason the broth tasted better than the Pho broth. I believe this was the case because the noodles had absorbed most of the flavor.Green tea drink: 7.5/10 (dine in) and 6/10 (togo). The to go green tea drink was definitely not as good as the one I received from dine in. The togo was lacking more flavor and I could visually see it.Spring rolls: 8.5/10. Very good.Eggrolls: 7/10. Average.Oxtail: 7/10. Wasn't soft enough.
Went for restaurant week menu: edamame, garlic noodles and coconut ice cream. Service was good but they were not super busy and taste was fine. Nothing extraordinary about it. Not sure if it is a good representation of their other food offerings.
The oxtail in our oxtail soup was too tough. The meat should fall off the bone. Needed more cooking time.
The tomato rice was too bland, and the garlic wings lacked the spices and seasonings, which ruined the components of the taste. Even though they satisfied me, I still have something to complain about the food I ordered, not the glass of water, the most decent and valuable one I had for today.
The service was a bit off - our server was kind and helpful, but they seemed to be a bit understaffed. That said, the food more than made up for it. Everything we had was out of this world. The Beef Carpaccio is incredible - an absolute must-have when you visit!
This place was pretty good! It is not my typical asian cuisine but I was pleasantly surprised! We tasted the wings and edamame as appetizers which were really good and spicy! For dinner I had the shrimp pho… the flavor was great!! They brought out a side of basil, sprouts, peppers, and limes to top it off with. They were a great additive to the dish! I would recommend trying out this place! The waiting staff was very attentive to our needs and checking on us to make sure everything was good. The only downfall to this place was PARKING!! We got lucky when we first got there but the rush once we left at about 8 was crazy. People were jumping out their cars to save a space for themselves. Pretty intense to say the least! Maybe recommend going during slight off hours.
The photo did not show the actual size of the bone, it is like over 10 lbs of bones! MAN! very good food, thank you for the services and experience!
3 For dinner after too many hours on planes and in airports. Seated right away, very attentive and helpful staff. A few apps, including spicy edamame - with just the right flavor and some very good spring rolls. Garlic noodles for me, couple of different pho for dinner partners. More than enough to go around with very generous portions. No one left hungry. And plenty of Vegetarian choices - thank you Eclectic space - modern dive ambience. And even enough TVs to watch the last game of March Madness. Side note - they are located in a very tight strip mall - lots of traffic and parking is at a premium. Maybe better to just catch a cab or Lyft.
Pho was good. Garlic Noodles were kinda dry. The Steak and Eggs was really good. Unfortunately, service was lacking. The servers (3 different ones) were nice but lack of attention had us waiting A LOT. From the time we sat down til the time we had to flag someone down to ask for the check, we had to ask for attention. Thus the 3 stars. Other restaurants in the plaza had a waiting list...this place was half full at most...probably because of the service.
We originally came here for the Lobster HPho since we heard that's what they were famous for but they ran out of lobsters that day, so we felt a little bummed out. Over all the food was good, tasty. Spring rolls were ok. We got the ox tail soup which came in a gigantic bowl for $35 without noodles, $5 if you want to add noodles. Honestly this bowl could have fed 4 people but my brother ordered it for himself and of course couldn't finish it. Interesting bowl of ox tail soup though. The atmosphere was cozy. Staff was friendly. Food took a while to come out. But we will come back the next time we're in town.
