I ordered online and they still made me wait 20 minutes in line to even tell them I was here to pick up the order. Then they told me they “turned off” online orders and they didn’t even make my order. I was still charged. They were extremely rude about it too. Everyone who works here is angry, probably because the incompetent management doesn’t know how to properly staff. 2 people on Memorial Day? Seriously??
This place is my favorite BBQ restaurant. Meats are smoked in house and always juicy and flavorful. My favorite is Polish sausage sandwich, so perfectly cooked and seasoned. It’s just perfectly smoked every time, the food quality is definitely consistent. Always friendly and attentive staff, they make you feel like you are part of the family. Great welcoming atmosphere.Overall a great experience every time, no complaints. We highly recommend it to anyone who loves bbq food.
Absolutely love your sandwiches. But for some reason, the pit dip sandwich hasn't been coming with the broth it usually does. Either with using uber eats or in person. I remember getting a decent sized container with actual seasoned broth. For the past 4 or 5 orders it has been small cups or a container of basically oil with little to no seasoning. Saddening cause it really was the best thing ever.
The brisket and burn ends were pretty good, overall I was happy with my purchase. Dropping a star for the following: getting my order wrong and making me drive back (they did fix it), baked beans could use some work, and the bbq sauce is good, but too thin and runny. Felt like I was dipping my food in water.
We were heading to Parselys. I saw the beautiful Yellow Now Open Dickies sign. How delightful to know there is one on Flamingo by the 215. The staff was so nice , joint was super clean food was delicious ?. I had the Quban with all sorts of sauces and extra pickles. My daughter stole half.
I work nearby and have a very rigid 30 min lunch so I pre ordered food for a coworker and I at 11a for pickup at 130, i tried callinnon my way there, no answer…I arrived at 1:27, the line was almost out the door. Ok fine…i preordered so I let the guy know i was here….the food was NOT done. I did not leave until almost 1:40. Had to remind them about missing items. Get back to work n my food is cold??♀️. I was/am so disappointed!!!! I wasted all that time waiting and got bad food!Update…i just sat n read recent reviews, I wish i would have done that before ordering!!
Paid extra for a rib. Did not get it. Asked for extra pickles on our sandwich. No pickles were on the sandwich. Charged $9 for a Frito pie that was not worth the money. All around a big disappointment and we will not be returning.
Firstly the store had no pork. Secondly the Caesar salad was the size for a two year old and the croutons were so hard I couldn't even eat them for fear of breaking a tooth. Thirdly the ribs we did order after we peeled back the top layer of tough chewy BBQ sauce the meat was very dry. Also the people working were not very intelligent and asked our order 4 times. We will not be coming back!
