Delicious but service got some space to improve! One of the employees was very distracted and doesn't bring the order exactly like we ordered and we be charged for something the they never bring to our table. But delicious and polite of the rest of the employees.
Traveled from Texas and we were looking for food at 1am. The waiter was super nice even after working a 12+ hour shift. I'll never forget his gentle voice. Hope he gets a raise!
No creamer for coffee, minty min to be severed. Toast was plain bread ( not toasted) had to use my water to clean silverware. And the smell of cigarette smoke.
The gentleman that greeted us was very friendly even being the only person that seemed to be working that night. He greeted us, took us to our table, took our order and brought us out our food. The only disappointment we had was that they had just ran out of chicken tenders.
Sat down waited for 20 min before anyone even thought to get my drink or order finally got a drink ordered tea no lemon, got tea with half a lemon, no napkins on table, when I got my food had nothing to eat it with by the time the waitress returned my food was cold !! Asked for A-1 for my steak but never got it very poor service Daisy needs to pay more attention to the customer. And the worst thing is that they weren't busy.
They suck! From the moment I walked in the hostess was icy cold in demeanor. I couldn’t tell if it was male or female but I was still friendly and personable. I was assigned Daisy as a server. I asked her how she was doing, she didn’t even entertain it, she just went into her server script. Again icy and cold. I don’t expect to be flirted with but I didn’t feel welcomed. I’m a local mind you!!! I ordered the Ultimate Omelette breakfast. She asked did I want redskins. I didn’t know what that was. When she explained it, I asked how are they seasoned? She was like: I don’t know. No attempt was made to find out either!! I could go on and on but I wont. But needless to say I probably will never give them another dime of my money again. Although Gaby seemed nice when I paid my bill. If you all don’t read your reviews, I’ll be calling management to voice my concerns. Don’t try to be attentive after the fact, you only get one time to make a good impression.
I always enjoy this location because our favorite waiter, Arie works there. He's so kind and helpful and always makes sure that our food is fresh and hot. He's been there for many years and is an excellent employee. The company is lucky to have him as he truly cares about his customers ♥️
I love the grand slam! Tried and true. But what keeps Dennys current and still an Anerican ravorite us their menu, they have updated and recreated their offerings jeeping them current, and reasonably priced. $$
I really can't complain, I mean, I ordered and was given exactly what I wanted in a reasonable amount of time. The service was genuinely friendly and the wait times were also reasonable. Its 24hrs at this Denny's and I recommend it for dining any time of the day.
After a long day of driving around what seemed like forever. We found a Denny's and decided to eat (it was just before 2100hrs.) We were exhausted and frustrated that things weren't going smoothly for our visit to Vegas. The Manager was standing outside on a break so we had asked him where the entrance was (inside the casino) and he energetically offered to show us. He seated us, offered drinks, and very very polite and friendly. We were looking for a chapel that was open that late (most close at 2000hrs) to get married he had helped us find a place with an address and phone #. Saved us A LOT of money!
