Horrible management. Sugars are never full, tables and walls filthy, never has both salt and pepper. Been seated at a dead spot 3x. I really hate this Dennys and implore everyone to go to a different one! I'm the type of person to try something multiple times, and this one fails on every single occasion... I haven't had good service in 2 years from this location.
We eat a lot at Denys.At this restaurant look like they don’t listen to what you order. We ordered garden salad with no cheese, it came with cheese, we asked to replace it, they just tried to take the cheese of and brought it back still with cheese on it.We asked for toast with no butter, guess what, it came with butter.Also took long time for the food to me even the place was almost empty.
The loss of 2 stars was due to the service. Now before I begin let me say I have worked in the restaurant business as a waiter. The place was not busy when my party of 3 arrived. To start off on the wrong foot the order was placed incorrectly. We asked for 2 orders of the same plate, one with no mushrooms and both with french fries instead of hash browns. When the plates were brought both plates had mushrooms and one plate had fries while the other hash browns. We had to ask 4 times for a refill on drinks and we asked 3 times for sugar and 3 times for a to go box. It is understandable when you are understaffed and busy but like I stated earlier it was not as busy and there was 4 waitresses and the manager was helping them. The food was good but the overall experience was ok.
Worst customer service ever, we waited 1hour for our food and my French toast was burn and my brothers sausage and bacon was burn as well I manage a restaurant I would never serve burn food to any customers what the he'll is wrong with people
Boneless wings-Nashville HotHorrible!! Definitely didn't look like the picture on the menu. SmhBarely any meat and they are full of grease.They are so salty that I took one bite and my feet instantly swelled.I have coronary artery disease and can't afford these type of mistakes.Ugh......
We came in and we got seated right away which was good. They got it to our table and got a drinks right away. Their food that we ordered was delivered to us within like 10 minutes. Really good customer service in the mornings. Over all it's a good little restaurant to go and get a quick bite to eat.Can order online Uber eats.
First time I was disappointed. Waiter was phenomenal. He gave me what I wanted even though there wasn't a meal described on the menu for that.All I wanted was a simple breakfast of scrambled eggs biscuit and gravy and hash browns. The eggs were disgusting. Can't even describe what they tasted like only that I was wondering if they were real eggs. Gravy was bland and tasteless. And the hash browns were okay with ketchup. But the server definitely was the best part of the whole meal. I won't go back anymore.
Ordered online, $50 worth, including 3 orders of biscuits and gravy, got two little bowls of gravy, gravy that had no sign of sausage in it, as advertised, on top of only half full at best, drove back, to get three more bowls, again half full at best, asked if there would be any chance of getting an order of French toast or something that could be ready quickly, as compensation, as my food was sitting at home getting cold because of their mistake, and the manager was very snippy and pointed to the order board, and said ain't nothing going to be quick, after my son and I sat and waited for our food initially, which was late, and I watched a waitress come to the window and ask for an order of French toast, and it was out in less than 2 minutes, so that argument doesn't hold water, our family and friends love Denny's, and have frequented various locations on many occasions, but this experience, pun intended, has left a bad taste in my mouth.... Very disappointed to put it politely...
No one perfect. It is possible that I can find this thing. But service girl and boy so bad. Managers is fine but why waiter and waitress working here ..not educated. That is why they are working there? Sorry but I just want to eat breakfast comfortably. This place is not comfortable cuz not well educated, not professional staffs. Never go back. 2 times horrible experience are enough.
We've all been to a Denny's right? And the menu is pretty much set in stone. But once a while they come up with something new....The honey crispy chicken sandwich....At first the honey glaze was all over the place. The sandwich, my fries, the side of the plate...And it didn't look appetizing. But it was the bomb???
