April 26,2022 7:30AM. Only one other customer seated. Asked for Grand Slam Slugger, told 'WE DO NOT HAVE IT" . Ordered something else which took over 20 minutes. Poached egg was hard as a rock, decaf coffee tasted terrible. No one ever checked to see if anything ok. Wartess was very rude. Must be new owners, was not like this last year. Will never return
It has been a long time since I've eaten at Denny's. My experience on this day was fantastic.I had a build your own omelet, but it was so delicious and perfectly made, I was dancing in my seat.I brought home my leftovers, but they didn't last too long.Great job Danny's for keeping it fresh, clean, and delicious.
Took my granddaughter to dinner. She loved the new pancake ?. I had the make it yourself slam. Food was good. Best part is that they have milkshakes.
I would of given this location a 5 star only if the cook knew how to make over easy eggs. I wasn't happy with my eggs or the presentation. Moving Forward.... When it comes to reviews, I tend to be straight forward and I don't beat around the bush.I have to say my server Vaelintina was one of the best servers I've had in Vegas. All the other servers I've had in the past were awful. I will be returning to this location because of Valentina's excellent customer service and people skills. Give this server a raise! Also I can tell she's been in the customer service industry for a long time. She's very well seasoned and knows her job well! Thank you so much Valentina.
I understand that mistakes are made in restaurants but it is the way that you handle these mistakes which will make or break the situation. I ordered a lumberjack slam and was happy with the food until I tried to cut into my eggs. When I did a very large hair was found cooked into my overeasy eggs. I brought it to the General Manager Juan’s attention and I was not happy with his response. His only statement was I can remake that for you. When I said no thank you he said are you sure? I again said no and he said let me know if you change your mind.When our server Becky came over she was very apologetic about it and again asked if I would like it remade or something else and I again said no. There were two other people with me and they stopped eating because they were disgusted by the hair in the food. I just asked my server to please remove it from my bill. As a GM he should have reacted differently and apologized at the very least. We will definitely not be back.
The waitress we had was wonderful. I don't remember her name. She was a old Latina lady and so nice. I would go back just for her. I love their French toast.
This location restored our faith in Dennys. We had such bad experience in different locations in Las Vegas and California. But on the Sahara Location the food was delicious, the steak perfectly cooked, the portions were reasonable and the customer service outstanding! If I have to drive around town just to go there and make sure I will be satisfied, I will do that.
Waitress was great. Pancakes were not hot. Syrup was cold. Toast was hard. Maybe have a meeting with cook's ?

Was served with a longer waiting time than the usual so that wasn't a very great start to the morning... Waitresses here always very nice and welcoming but shouldn't be expected to do EVERYTHING.I hope they try to improve because many people work nearby and would want a decent breakfast for the start of the day.
