I was sat down and asked what I want to drink I knew what I wanted to drink and eat. She said I’ll be right back and I was left alone for 23 minutes while they are in back of house gossiping and I can hear everything because the restaurant is so dead. Got here at 4:10 it’s 4:43 and my order was just placed. She said oh I’m sorry we had a meeting. I feel bad even paying for this grand slammich that I was going to put in before being interrupted like she was busy and in reality was no busy at all and just forgot. Absolutely terrible service no wonder the place is slow on a Friday at 4 pm
The service was great our server was very nice and attentive. The food was delicious. But when it came time to pay, their system kept declining our cards. Everyone had plenty of money and we were reassured it wasn't our cards, but it took forever to be able to pay. They need to fix their card system. It was very frustrating waiting for them to fix the issue and I was almost late for my doctor's appointment when we were ready to leave the restaurant with plenty of time to spare.
I ordered the chicken fried steak w/red potatoes mashed and broccoli for pick-up. The food was tasteless totally bland the potatoes was pureed. I could have sucked them through a straw. I had 4 maybe 5 broccoli stalks country gravy was drowning everything. Wasted my money and I did give a tip in hopes of getting a decent meal to pick-up for my dinner. 7341 w lakemead location.
My husband and I had a very good meal I had a bacon avocado burger and he had cinnamon roll pancakes both were served hot and efficiently. Our server was Hailey M, Hailey was fun and knowledgeable. The server can really add or subtract from your eating experience. Thank you Hailey for adding to our eating out experience.
2nd time that my wife and l dined in and had to wait over 6 minutes to get seated when the place was empty. Only 1 server working and waited over 16 minutes to order. Server never came to check on us, And we waited another 17 minutes to get our check only after l had to verbally ask the kitchen workers for our check!! Very disappointed and unprofessional customer service!!
I usually don't eat at Denny's something is always wrong with my food and Im talking Denny's across the states from California to New York and down to Florida. We had a group of 8, they immediately put some tables together and sat us down, our waiter was great, he consistently checked on us and refilled our drinks. I had The Bourbon Burger and it was pretty tasty. I've been to other locations in the city and disappointed is all i received. Kudos to this location for doing it right. Probably the only location I'll eat at.
Went for dinner tonight, walked in and very small amount of customers, we still waited about 5 mins to be seen and more time to be seated. Ordered and when my husband's food came it was ice cold, chicken rice and sauce. The waitress took it to the kitchen and when returned, it was the exact same as before, cold and unbecoming like it wasn't even looked at. Absolutely disgusting and will not be returning.
The one star is for the amazing service person who tried to get my order right until he quit. Ever since then, my order has been very wrong. A beef burger twice in a row when I called in advance to get a veggie burger for takeout! The cook doesn’t care. The service people are rude besides for the one I mentioned. Pass them up.
Service was okay. Not great but not bad. Obviously more servers needed. Food was good. Can't beat the slams! Food was hot. Overall a pleasant experience.
I don’t dislike places often but this Denny’s is one of the worst I’ve been to, the first time I came, they gave me dirty utensils and gave me the check before bringing me my toast, I thought I was being to harsh but this second time I came, they gave me a casiqueado plate and never refilled my drink, they are all very nice it’s just that it seems no one knows what there doing. I’ve worked in the food service before I know how hard it is but this place isn’t the best
