Delano accommodations were Five Star, however, staff not so much. I had front desk issues at check in and assisting me with access to the floor my grandkids were on. No solutions for my request to access her floor to help her with the children were offered. No complimentary coffee. If you want a cup a Joe, the front desk will send you some K Cups for $12 each. Bell Staff not present at check in or while checking out.

This is a very nice property and adjoined to Mandalay Bay hotel and casino. It does not have its own casino but has excellent amenities and a wonderful pool scene and lobby. Very nice for a couples weekend get away and again large well appointed rooms.

Staff was so friendly and helpful! Just left Caesar’s and what a difference. Caesars thinks they are on par with Bellagio and they are NOT! But I digress…Delano rooms are very roomy and comfortable! Dog walking area is so close! Great for accommodating a pet. Bathroom included a TV which kids love! The Beach was so fun and relaxing…lazy river and wave pool. Wave pool was not as fun as in the past, as they send one wave every 5 minutes instead of 5 minutes of continuous waves. Must be a liability issue. Loved our stay!

Amazing rooms, amazing pool, incredible staff, you won’t be disappointed. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. Trams, cans, easy commutes. Very kid and adult friendly. MJ cirq show is really good. No complaints.

Accommodations were nice. A bit of a jaunt to get to the pool. Huge poster art over the sofa of a man and woman getting intimate in the water. (lots of skin, bodies wrapped around each other). Not cool for a family trip. Its pretty much the only art in the room

Delano was a wonderful place to stay for my recent business trip. The hotel provides excellent areas for conferences and trade show. The staff was very friendly and the security was top notch. The room was very nice and very clean!

Excellent moser. Spacious room large space very hip Was modern and peaceful and nice big bathroom It is far from the strip a very long walk but there are plenty of Ubers and taxis I would recommend it

The Delano was a great stay! This was our first time and definitely won’t be our last time! I highly recommend getting the Stay Well rooms, very comfortable beds for a great nights rest after exploring The Strip.

I booked my room using 4 free nights of comps. Was charged for 2 nights after my stay and was told nothing was guaranteed! I would not have stayed there if this was the case. No help in getting to a solution, basically they told me to f* off after waiting in line a MGM rewards for 2 hours since they are completely understaffed.

Pro- very spacious room, nice large windows, 1 full bathroom with jacuzzi and shower in the sleeping quarter, 1/2 bathroom in the living room area. Indoor walkway connecting Delano to Luxor and Excalibur, saved the trouble of walking in the heat. You can exit Excalibur and walk over to New York and MGM grand (outdoor). Con- the room does not have a refrigerator to store outside items (can't store milk for our kids). beware of the water bottle in the room, it's $22/1 liter Fiji water. You can walk to Excalibur, then walk north of MGM grand, there is a Target there that you can buy the exact Fiji water for less than $3. Food in the hotel are overpriced in the Strip, not just Delano. We Uber everywhere outside the strip and food is 50% cheaper, and you get more choices. The pool area is very hot (we are in a desert). Bring lots of sunscreen, or you can rent a cabana. If you want any kind of shade, then the only place is the restaurants. No public umbrellas are available, you can rent 1 umbrella for $125, and 1 chair for $125 for the whole day. It's vegas so expect to pay big amount for everything. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, but only used to pool for couple hours. Not worth it. No comments on the casinos as we never used it. Overall, a very nice hotel to stay at, but really not worth the price. Next time, I would find a cheaper hotel and saved all that money for the show and tours.
