So let me start of by saying that this is a very racist company. I found out that first hand, I am an African American Bay area nurse and it seems from the start that theywere targeting African American people due to the event that was being held at their venue. Too short was performing there and I seen firsthand that the lifeguards were blowing their whistle at every little thing. First, it started with people not being able to drink their drinks in the pool, which was understandable. Secondly, they were blowing their whistle because people were dancing in the pool. It was like they were just targeting the black customers because they knew the type of event that was happening at that moment. I experienced this bigotry when I was drinking a plastic cup of an alcoholic beverage and the lifeguard told me that I couldn't drink my drink by the pool. However, I glanced over to my left hand side and there was a Caucasian woman drinking an alcoholic beverage inside the pool. I mentioned that to the lifeguard and pointed that out that I would felt like I was being targeted and she stated that she did not see the Caucasian lady on her left hand side. As a hard-working citizen, I just think it is unfair to get away out of town in another state and still be judged by the color of your skin. I wish that this company could change their ways of thinking and treat everyone with respect and equality! maybe it's too much for Vegas .
We were there on Sat and had a BLAST! The staff there could not have possibly been any better!!!! Let's face it - you are there to have a good time and P.J., Hannah and Antonio could not have been better at their jobs. To handle such a 'party atmosphere' with such professionalism is impressive to say the least. I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you are looking to be Treated Great, Party Hard and not deal with any BS - they do it and do it THE BEST! (too many people in this town don't care and just go through the motions... not PJ, Hannah or Antonio - they are ALL STARS) Thanks again for an awesome time. 'Uncle Nick'
If i could give this place no stars i would. They have extremely bad customer service. They did not bring my friend the birthday girls food at all even though they said they put the order in. Then they said they never charged us for it. We spent 330 today and probably another 300 the day before. Then gave us time to eat. The waitress would literally walk away while you're speaking to her. It took me asking for mayo and ketchup 3 times for me to get it. Then for us to get kicked out by 8 security guards because i told the manager ya have bad customer service. Gtfo never again don't recommend wasting your money there smh for nothing ???♀️
On 5/1/22 I had purchased tickets for my husband and I and when we arrived, it became quickly apparent that we did not belong although we had chose to stay and wait in line. Turns out, we were the only 2 Caucasians there and my husband was wearing his law enforcement hat which he has always done. Every woman in line had a large beach bag but we were the only 2 people who were asked to leave even tho I had a very small wallet size bag. Security came up and apologized and said it simply is not safe for us and it was evident why they felt that way especially with all of the unfortunate racism vs police going on. We understood and left without issue and were told we could get a refund for the $100 tickets. When I called the person who claimed to be the director, she called me a lier and was extremely rude, childish, immature and completely 100% disrespectful. We have the entire conversation recorded. She said she would rather spit on a grave than give us a dollar. We are sick to our stomach over this. I would expect this “business to be professional and not act in a way that quickly escalates issues and purposely provokes them. This will go public.
Best dayclub ever. You can’t beat the vibes. Even if you don’t have a table it’s okay because the pool is big, there are lots of fun floats to be on and tons of area around the pool to sit in. I highly recommend the cabanas or a couch
Staff at the front was not friendly at all. Disappointing. Shout out to bartender China though
This was a very fun day in the sun. The pool was a very great size. The entertainment was very amazing. The bottle service was on top of everything. Free parking. The pricing was very reasonable to be expected for Vegas.

If you enjoy a Women's bathroom that is dungeon dark that smells like cess pool, ratchet music, bottom of the barrel crowd (no offense to the staff, or 3 other people that overpaid), sub par over priced food and drinks you've found the place for you. Just because it's on the Mandalay Bay property doesn't make it nice, or up to the MGM standard because Daylight is their own private entity. Paid close to $400 for a daybed with half shade, $60 of which went to 6 bottles of Perrier and $150 for gratuity. Kitchen forgot to prepare our fruit skewers, they came out 30 minutes late, honeydew was is probably still frozen. Had to wait 20 more minutes for at least the strawberries to defrost. Here's the thing, I expect something like this in Vegas, but not at the Mandalay Bay. In my opinion post signs and make it clear this is a private entity, the folks that pay $800+ a night for a suite at the Mandalay Bay have expectations.
