On this day there were 3 employees, all working and kind. There was a single customer ahead of us (3), and one after. The one after was grumpy and had an issue with the change they gave, so she instead demanded a refund after items were made. Employees handled this grump very well. However, our order and the customer before us took more than the typical time it does with only one employee working.

Small but clean, have great milks shakes sn ice creams an ice cream pies.

The store says it's open 4-9. Stopped by at 4:15 pm on a monday and it was closed and stopped by again at 7:30 pm and its still closed? Is this location no longer in business ???Edit: your sign says open 4-9 out front and even had an "open" sign lit up on. Saw multiple "fans" walk up and try to open the doors thinking it was open as well.

Always have a great time at dairy queen

Blizzards and more, how can it be anything other than 5 stars

While I will never NOT enjoy Dairy Queen as I have been since I was a small child , I have visited much less as I get older . Mostly due to the lack of customer service . Slovenly dressed employees , poor customer service are part of the norm as of late. However since COVID has thrown us all into chaos everything has changed. No longer am I so much worried about poor attitude and sloppy dress.. what I am worried about is the “ NO mask NO service “ signage . I had the pleasure of visiting your location on north Tenaya . Place was spotless clean VERY NICE. We arrived in masks and was followed in by two other parties . Neither of the 4 people that walked into your establishment had masks covering their faces. The people behind the counter said nothing to either of these people regarding COVID regulations .

Sister enjoys the buster bars, cones for the little one and the banana split blizzard for the in-laws. Always excellent service. Open till 9pm a plus.

The girl working there was friendly and the service was quick.

This is the second Dairy Queen I've tried recently. Sadly, the ice cream is not nearly as good as it used to be. It's neither sweet nor creamy and has very little flavor. The toppings (butterscotch and hot fudge) were just not very interesting. It's sad when these old time places degrade their products just to make a few cents more. At least the sundaes are a decent price - about $4.00 each.

Great icecream but put of everything and still have the menu up as if they did.
